Secret Santa Game
Hello to all my lovely fellow Deshians.
The most wonderful time of the year...i.e., Christmas is almost
upon us.
So why not join me and get into the spirit of giving...and receiving?
What am I talking about?
Our annual Secret Santa game of course.
That's right, I'm once again inviting one and all to join in and play this
wonderful game.
Here's how it works:
1. Click the like button on the post below only and only if you want to participate.
2. Post a message in this thread that briefly describes some of the things you like. (This will give your Santa an idea about a suitable gift for you.)
3. The last day to join the game is December 9, 2017.
Note: Absolutely no late comers accepted.
4. All participants will be randomly assigned a partner.
5. You will have to make a gift for your assigned partner and deliver it to Santa (that's me Fatima_Q) by December 23.
Note: No late deliveries please.
6. Do not write your signature on your gift. We want the recipients to have fun guessing who it is from.
7. On Christmas Day (or give or take a day)...the gifts will be delivered and it will be revealed at that time who your Secret Santa (gift maker) was.
Rules:
1. No requesting partners...they will be assigned randomly to you...no exceptions.
2. Do not sign up for the game if you can't give a gift(s).
3. If you don't give a gift...your intended gift will be given to someone else.
4. Don't sign up and forget about the game, because then your partner will not get a gift and that's just not fair.
Gifts:
1. No gifts violating any of the India Forum rules will be accepted.
2. Gifts may be anything you can think of. For example: A poem, a piece of writing, a picture, siggie, avi, VM, etc.
3. There is no limit on the maximum number of gifts you can give.
4. You don't have to be an artist to participate. In the past people have given pics of shoes, necklaces, dresses, and boxes of chocolates, as gifts. They're easily found on the net.
It's not the gift, but the thought behind it that counts. The whole point is to have a fun forum activity and bring a smile to someone's face.
