i dont know what to say... last year it was a shock for all..and evn this year i'm unable to come in terms with it.abby..miss you yaar..miss the fun we shared..the way laugh at my silly dinkha chika dance..they way you pinch me when i say 'some one pinch me pls'..miss them all..those moments will be alway remmbered in my heart abby..no matter how much time passed..you are angel..who always brought smile in our face, in past with your sweet gestures and now with those sweet memories..love you abby..you'll always be in our heart...

Though I never got a chance to know you but I am sure you must have been one special person. I can say that because I have witnessed how you friends out here still miss you and adore you although it has been an year since you left us.
Today writing this makes me so sad one, the obvious reason and second, never being able to know you. I hope and wish that you will be in the best of places the skies has to offer. This day all I can do is to pray that may your soul always rest in peace and God give strength to all people who have been close to you to cope with your absence.
I know you are out there somewhere, very happy to see all the love and adoration you left behind...

Abby's Promise
Heer is sitting on a wood logs dumped in one corner of college ground behind the buildings. Its her regular place to release her anger. She gets angry quickly. Only on him. because she is very much possessive on him. In her view he never cared for her. She wants to slap him whenever she gets angry on him. She disappears from his sight. Even then he never searched for her. He enjoys his life with rest of his friends. Everytime she goes back to him after sometime, That too because of her best friend Abby.
Abby is Heer's best friend. They met first time in school when she was doing 5th standard. From that day both became friends. They joined this college after lot of fighting with their respective parents. Both wanted to do their graduation outside their city. They want to stay in hostel. Roam around without the knowledge of their parents.
First day in college, Heer and Abby are stepping slowly into their college. They are fearing for ragging of seniors. Abby Heer, walk straight. They will think we are seniors.' Heer we are not familiar face to them. surely they will find out.' Abby no one will remember every student face in this big college.' Heer looked around fearfully. Abby don't look around like last child.' Abby walked as if she is senior most in that college. Heer like a fearful child followed Abby. They managed to reach their department block. Abby climbed the stairs finally we are safe.' Heer dropped her book. She bent down to take it. by that time Abby stepped forward away from Heer. Heer is left alone. She heard a guy telling call that girl.' A handsome guy halo' Heer about to ignore knowing he is calling her and step forward. Guy jumped infront of her can't you hear.' Another having hearing problem?' soon two more surrounded Heer. she looked for Abby who is almost out of sight now. Heer thought OMG. I caught.' Guy snapped finger in front of her face dreaming?' another about what' Guy about me?' Heer started shivering. Guy why are shivering baby?' he touched her cheek we won't do anything. We are good boys.' Another ha. We are good boys if you do what we are telling you to do.' the gang started laughing. Heer blabbered what do you want?' Guy oh great intelligent girl. Came to point straight.' Another you are lucky man.' Guy simple baby. One kiss.' Heer shocked what?' guy why are you giving shocking expression like heroines of our hindi serial.' Another effect is needed for thrill. Good give it fast.' Guy we don't have time.' Heer closed her eyes i can't.' Guy for that why are you cloing your eyes. i close my eyes you give on my cheek.' Heer no' guy i'm not asking on my lips.' Heer i'll shout.' Guy no will come to help you. we are ragging you.' all laughed. Heer closed her eyes and screamed haaa'. All fled in fraction of second.
Heer open her eyes when she found a hand on her shoulder. Abby what happened Heer?' Heer looked around where are they?' Abby who?' Heer they came to rag me.' Abby okay they all gone. Come.'
Inside the class room. Abby and Heer sat in second row. Abby busy making friends by talking to girls around their seat. Heer is not so good in that looking around. she turned back and saw one guy tapping his cheek and his eyes fixed on her. Heer is shocked. She shook Abby. Abby what happened Heer?' Heer he is here.' Abby who?' Heer woh woh. How come he is in first year.' Abby looked at the direction Heer was staring. She saw a guy saying hi' to her. Abby turned to Heer he cheated you. he is not senior.' Heer what?' Abby what did he asked?' Heer he he asked me to kiss.' Abby is it?' she got up. Heer tried to pull her back down. Abby pushed Heer hands away. She walked to that guy. The guy became tensed and murmured i think she found out about our cheating as seniors.' By that time Abby reached their place. She tapped on his desk. Guy oh ya. I'm Prem.' he stretched his hand to make friendship. Abby i'm not asking your name. What did you asked Heer?' Prem Heer? who? Me. No.' Abby can I give you one on your cheek?' Prem with a wide open mouth you are bold. But not here.' Abby why brother?' Prem Brother?' Abby ha Brother.' All the others started laughing. Prem hide his head with his palm.
That was Prem and Abby's first meeting. From that day Prem and Abby became brother and sister. He became friend with Heer. they have fun together. but in the end Prem and Heer fight. Both walk away saying i won't see your face anymore.' Then Abby's mission starts. She reunites them.
Heer is lost in her thought of Abby's missions. She felt hand on her shoulder. Heer came to present and shouted Abby, today i'm not listening to you. i'm done with him.' Abby sat next to her okay. as you wish.' Heer looked at her surprisingly. Abby shook her head positively no need. Sit here. Whole night.' Heer ha. I'll sit here only. Until he comes and apologies to me. This time i'm stubborn.' Abby good. But i'm leaving'. Heer where?' Abby to our room.' Heer why?' Abby laughed Heer, fight is between you and Prem. why should I sit here?' she got up to leave. Heer Abby'. Abby Have a nice night with these crawling creatures.' Heer what do you mean?' Abby i mean. He won't come here to take you.' Heer i know.' Abby you have to go to him.' Heer shouted no never. Not this time.' Abby no problem. I'll come and meet you in the morning.' She started walking. Heer is surprised by Abby's attitude today. Whenever Heer gets angry on Prem, Abby never leaves Heer until she takes her back to Prem. Today she is walking away. She stared at the direction of her image moving out of site. Heer got more angry now. She stamped her feet hard on the ground. She got up. Walked here and there. she shouted i'm angry. I'm angry. i'm angry on you Prem. never never this time.' She jumped stamped. She did everything to release her anger. She don't have anymore energy to shout and jump. She is about to sit down, she noticed a gift pack in the place where Abby was sitting few minutes ago.
Heer sat on the log and took the gift box in her hand. She thought Abby must have left a gift for her birthday. May be due to her anger on Prem, Abby didn't tell about the gift. Heer looked at the box for informaton. Heer likes Abby's handwriting. She does everything beautifully. Failing to find any name on the box, she decided to open the box. She unwrapped it. She found a jewel box inside. She opened it. She saw a beautiful necklace inside. With a wide open mouth and surprise she touched the necklace. She found a folded paper under that necklace. She took the paper. She read it. Her eyes threw out tears. The word she wanted to hear from his mouth is written there. to my love who completes me.'
What happened next is like a fast track. She gathered everything and ran towards her room. She wanted to drag Abby with her. she can't meet him alone. She has done such a stupid act. He will never accept her. Abby is the only one do peace talk now. She knocked the door restlessly Abby open the door'. She got angry when Abby took time to open the door. When the door opened she freezed in her spot. She saw him infront of her. Heer Prem, you. here.' Prem looked down at him once ha me. What wrong with me?' Heer oh i'm' she threw herself on to him and hugged tightly. she didn't give him time to think what is happening around him. She screamed thanks Prem. i love you.' she repeated like a kid. He is quiet and didn't push her back. He is standing quietly putting his hand around her. He is trying to bring her excitement to normal Heer'.
After few seconds, Heer felt Prem's silence and broke the hug. She looked at his face. He is smiling teasingly. She heard clapping sound around her. Then only she noticed their friends around them. she shyly smiled. Abby came forward you don't want to see my brother's face again.' Heer unable to see her friend face buried her face into his chest. Abby teased don't blush too much. keep something for later.' She punched his chest with her fist. Prem i'm not your punching bag Heer.' she Premmm'
Abby madam, if you finished blushing. Please look up. We have something for you.' Heer slowly lifted her from his chest. She looked around. The room is beautifully decorated for her birthday. Prem all these.' Prem smiled for you'. then cake cutting. Rubbing cream all over the face of Prem and Heer. they all had fun. Prem wore necklace around her neck. One by one gave their gift to Heer except Abby. They all danced. Then all started leaving after having dinner together.
Finally Abby stood infront of Heer with empty hand. Heer excitingly where is my gift?'Abby i'm not giving you gift. I want a promise from you both.' Heer and Prem are confused. Prem What promise?' Abby Promise me. You won't fight.' Heer your are there to pacify us.' Abby no Heer. i won't be always with you.' Prem and Heer are shocked. Abby smiled we are in final year of our studies. After that we might be moving in different direction.' Heer we'll be in contact.' Abby ya. But i won't be able to meet you both' she paused like now.' Prem don't worry Abby. I'll ask dad to appoint you in our office. So that we all will be in touch.' Abby smiled we'll see about it later. Now promise me.' Prem and Heer promised we won't fight.'

Heer shouted Prem go faster.' Heer is in tears. Prem find difficult to drive as his eyes were filled with tears. Heer cried nothing should happen to Abby.' Prem held her hand she will be fine.' Heer leaned on to his shoulder.
Prem and Heer didn't understand the meaning of her promise that day. But now they realised. Abby came to their wedding. She asked the same promise to them. That time she looked very weak. her hair cut looked odd. she said she is trying different kind of hairstyle. Prem and Heer didn't get much time to talk to Abby because of guest and relatives. Prem and Heer planned to spend few days with her after a month.
Abby had blood cancer. She was living with it for two years. Her life duration in this earth is very much know to her. She doesn't want to tell that to Heer because she is very close to her. Abby prayed only one prayer God, keep me alive until Prem and Heer marriage.' That happened. A weak after Prem and Heer marriage, Abby admitted in hospital in very serious condition. On Abby's request parents shifted her to city where Prem and Heer are living.
Prem and Heer ran into the hospital and enquired about Abby in the reception. They ran in the direction given to them. They slowed down when they saw a group of people standing in front of a room with tears. Heer held Prem's hand tight. Prem felt his legs refusing to move forward. He looked at the people with tearful face. A lady stepped forward Prem and Heer' Prem shook his head slowly. Lady come in' she walked ahead. Prem walked behind her. Heer refused to follow them. Prem held her hand. Heer shook her head negatively and cried i can't see Abby in this state Prem'. Prem cried Heer'. a man behind them go beti. Abby wants to see you both. Its her last wish.' The word last wish' sounder in Prem and Heer heart like a shock.
Prem and Heer slowly entered the room. Their friends Athi, Aishu, Maria, Priya are standing in near the entrance. Prem and Heer looked at them. Prem and Heer eyes moved to Abby. They are shocked. Abby lying on the bed. So thin and weak. slowly they stepped towards the bed. Abby sensing their presence near, opened her eyes. she smiled. She spoke in low voice how are you Premeer?' Prem and Heer didn't respond. Words refuse to come out their mouth. Abby i have found a new name for you both. How is it?' Prem managed nice'. Abby Heer, why are you crying? I won't go anywhere. My promise.' Heer cried more. Abby smiled if you both fight, i have to come to pacify you both. But you won't be able to see me that is the difference..' She closed her eyes Premeer Bye' with a smile on her face.
Heer cried Abby Abby'. Prem tired to hold Heer. Heer shook abby Abby open your eyes. come back Abby.' Rest of the family gathered around Abby. Heer fainted.

Exactly a year later, Prem sat next to Heer with a new born baby girl in his hand Heer, see our Abby.' Premeer kissed their little child together.
They named their first child Abby in memory of their dearest soul Abby'. As the child grew, whenever Prem and Heer fight for petty things, little angel Abby stood between then as peacemaker. Abby kept her promise to be with Premeer forever.
