Part - 1

Heer came out of Mumbai airport. She looked around for a person who is supposed to meet her in airport. Everyone who all came out of the flight started moving out. She stood there alone searching for someone holding board with her name. She is disappointed when she didn't find anyone. She felt like losing everything. Tears threatened to come as she thought about the news she heard about Mumbai and happenings in it. She bites her lips giving strength to herself 'no Heer. you should not shed tears here.'

She turned towards the direction when heard someone calling 'Heer.' A young tall man with sweet smile on his face is waiting for her confirmation. She shook her head 'yes.' he stretched his hand to shake hand with her 'I'm Rishab'. With a smile she is about to give her hand just then she saw another person standing with him without paying attention to their conversation. She ignored him and folded hands she said 'namastae.' Rishab smiled accepting her Indian tradition. Rishab introduced 'he is Prem.' Heer smiled 'hi'. Prem ignored them started walking away. Heer felt sad. She looked at his back as he walking with his hand inside pockets. Rishab 'he is moody person. Don't take him serious.' Heer gave a weak smile. Rishab 'but we need to tolerate him' as he pushed her luggage. Heer 'why?' he he is in our team. Very tough person to compromise. He wants his idea to be done.' He bent closer to her 'he don't have smile in his dictionary.' Heer curved her lips 'strange person.' He 'you will see more strange attitude of him.' she 'then why he came here?' he 'my car is repair.' She 'as of now he is our driver.' He 'absolutely' Both laughed.

Rishab loaded her luggage. Heer sat in back seat. Rishab is also about to sit with Heer in back. A harsh voice came from front ' i'm not your driver.' Rishab and Heer exchanged look. Rishab sat in the front 'you only wanted to come with me.' Prem' it is my car. I don't like others driving my car.' Rishab decided to stay quiet as he very well know about Prem's nature.
Prem concentrated on driving. Heer is the one who broke the silence Rishab, 'how did you identify me?' Rishab looked at Prem once before answering Heer 'i saw your picture in the details given to our team.' Heer 'oh.' Rishab 'we have an empty room in our apartment. You can stay in that. you can pay an amount monthly as rent.' Heer 'okay thanks. where is it?' Rishab 'we are staying in Malad East. Near to our office.' Heer 'thats great.' Rishab our entire team is fun loving and friendly.' With his eyes he signalled to her indicating except Prem. Heer understood and smiled slightly. She is not aware Prem is watching her expression in the mirror.

Prem parked the car in apartment building parking. He waited until Rishab took luggage out. He locked the car and went to elevator. Rishab and Heer brought the luggage to elevator. But he already pressed the number of their floor and door closed. Rishab and Heer stood there seeing Prem's nature. Rishab 'he is heartless man.' Heer looked at him. he continued 'i want to tell few things. Don't cross his way. he never likes it. i'm sharing with him this house. He is the owner of this apartment. I'm paying rent to him. Don't touch any of his items. He gets angry. He has separate fridge etc. You share my fridge.' He added more details. She got clear idea 'Prem is living life of his own.' He finished 'he is brilliant but don't know why he is arrogant' the elevator opened in front of them. He 'you are lucky. He didn't refuse for your stay with us.'

The house had 3 bedrooms around a big living room with open kitchen. Living room is empty without any furniture. Rishab opened second room in right of the entrance 'this room you take.' He pushed her things inside the room 'i'm in the opposite room.' Heer pointed next room in her side and in lower voice 'is he staying there?' Rishab shook head and replied in lower voice 'don't use loud music. Don't bring any of your friends when he is at home. Don't keep any item in the living room. On the whole we should be invisible to him.' Heer 'its enough too much rules and regulation. That too for one person.' Rishab told her to be silent.

Heer had two days to settle before joining in duty. Saturday and Sunday. She spent that time to arrange things in her room. Rishab helped her to buy things necessary for her. Two full days they spend together. Heer offer to cook him for too. But Rishab refused as his style of eating is different from hers.

Sunday evening, Heer and Rishab came from outside with bag full of vegetables and cooking items. Rishab pointed his fridge 'you can use this space Heer.' Heer placed vegetables inside. But the space is not enough because the size of the fridge is small. She looked at the bigger fridge sitting next to her. 'i'll keep remaining things here.' She opened the fridge. Rishab quickly closed the door 'that is why i told you not to buy so much.' Heer opened the door 'i need all these for me.' he shops is downstairs. You can buy at anytime.' She 'i don't have the habit of running to shop all the tiem.' She is about to keep it inside. Rishab 'it is Prem's.' he tried to close the door. Heer 'so what' she pushed his hand aside kept her things inside 'its empty. I'll keep my cooked food here.' Rishab 'Heer, he will get angry.' Heer 'i can handle him.' Rishab 'as you wish.'

Prem is not at home. Rishab 'every weekend evening he goes out'. Rishab laughed 'he too has some invisible friends.' Heer looked at the door. He 'don't worry. He won't come now. Sharp 9 he will open the door. We have two more hours to enjoy our freedom.' She is busy cooking some stuff dinner for next day. He 'don't cook too much you don't have place to store.' She 'so much place in that fridge.' Rishab 'he will throw out everything in dustbin. Be careful.' She 'i'll kill him.' he laughed 'i think tom and jerry fight ahead in this house.'

Heer and Rishab had dinner. Rishab went to his room saying good night to her. Heer is putting everything inside the fridge. Clock struck 9. Prem entered the house. Heer murmured 'punctual'. Prem went to his room. Heer kept all the vessels she used for cooking in its place. She wiped her hand in towel. She saw Prem coming out of his room wearing shots and sleeveless t-shirt. She is about to enter her room, but stopped when she saw him opening the fridge. The living room light is so dim. She is almost standing in a dark. He stared at the fridge fully filled with boxes of food and vegetable. She leaned on the wall and watched his move. She is ready to catch him if he throws anything out. Prem started opening the boxes one by one. He kept it back in its place. He opened a box. He looked closely into that food stuff. He took little quantity in a plate and kept the box back in place inside the fridge. Then he continued searching the food. He found prathas wrapped in a foil. He took two and wrapped the remaining and kept it back in place. She went into her room. He sat on the counter. He ate it.

Morning, Heer got ready to go to office. She is nervous as it is her first day. Rishab gave some idea about team members. Rishab asked Prem about taking Heer with them in Prem's car. Prem already agreed. Heer and Rishab are waiting near his car. Heer saw a bike standing next to Prem's car. Rishab 'his bike. He usually comes to office in bike. I asked to give me one day. So that we can go in that. but he is not ready for that. he offer to take us in his car.' Heer shook her head. Prem came. Both became silent. Prem started the car. Both jumped in quickly. On the way total silence. Heer lost in her own fear.

Inside the office, Heer got a warm welcome from her team members. It is a bunch of 5 youngsters. All are almost in same age. Preet, Meher, Ash, Rishab and Prem. Nihal is the team leader. Nihal 'Heer, you don't have to get tense. We all help you.' Heer shook her head 'thanks sir.' Preet 'no one uses sir here. Call us by our name.' Meher 'Heer, think us as your family. We can have good time here.' Nihal 'ya. Meher is correct. We all are away from our family. But here we are one family. We share our happy and sad moments with each other.' Ash 'oh ya we share everything. We have fun and fight.' Rishab 'Heer, are you comfortable?' Heer 'ha. I'm relieved.' All are talking something except Prem who is sitting silently staring at his laptop. Ash 'Prem, what are you doing? Talk something. Heer will get scared otherwise.' Prem 'this is office. Not home.' Rishab whispered to Ash 'Heer is staying with us only. So she already has some idea about him. ' Ash rolled her eyes 'oh.' She stared at Prem Prem, this is not fair.' Prem didn't pay any attention to her. Ash continued 'you didn't allow me to stay in that house. How you allowed Heer.' Preet murmured 'oh that is your problem.' Prem 'you are a chatterbox.' Meher murmured 'that is a punch'. Prem 'I'll chase her out if she talks too much.' Ash 'Heer, better start searching for a room outside.' Nihal 'better stop this. This will lead to fight only. you keep all these discussions outside.' He started explain their new project.

Nihal 'there is no change in our development side. First part of analysis will be done by me and Prem. until we finish that process, you all finish your pending work.' Ash 'what about Heer?' Nihal 'she will be with us.' Ash 'why? We are here for more than two years.' Nihal she has good academic record in that. Her projects were on that. We can consider it as experience.' Ash 'this is not fair.' Preet leaned back and whispered to Meher 'when will this girl stop complaining.' Rishab 'Ash, what is your problem? See i don't have any problem in that.' Ash 'i'm senior to you. i need to be promoted. How long' Nihal interrupted 'Ash, i promise to include you from next project. we want to check the ability of Heer as she showed intelligence when i took interview.' Ash 'if she has knowledge, then shift her to some other team which don't have experience people.' Nihal 'Ash, this project very small project.' Ash angrily replied every time you give some reason.' Meher murmured to Preet 'how did Prem allowed Heer to be part of his job.' Preet 'me too confused in that.' Nihal 'what confusion Preet' Preet managed 'no nothing.' Nihal 'okay you all carry on your work.'

All the others dispersed to their place. Nihal, Prem and Heer sat in same conference room to do their job. Nihal and Prem are discussing. Heer is just following them and taking notes of everything. Finally Prem 'Heer, i want a detailed write up on this. He gave her some work. By that time Heer got her new Laptop. Prem pushed his laptop to her 'you use this. By that time i'll fix your laptop.' Heer nodded her head. Prem 'you can check some of our previous projects for your help.' Heer shook her head.

Lunch time. all gathered in dining room. Only Heer came with small lunch box. Others were waiting for something. Preet 'Heer, what is this?' he pulled the box from Heer's hand. Heer pulled it back 'its my lunch.' Meher 'Heer, don't strain. We get nice food here.' Heer 'i like homefood.' Preet 'don't worry that canteen supplies whatever we order..' Meher 'ha Heer, we are eating daily from there only.' Heer 'okay. but i like to have my own food. I love cooking too.' Rishab 'Heer, i already ordered for you too.' Heer looked around 'where is Prem?' Ash he never eats lunch.' Heer 'why?' Ash 'its his habit. He is here for more than 2 years. I never saw him eating anything in lunch time.' Meher laughed 'in one word we never saw him eating.' Rishab annoyed by too much talk on Prem 'Heer, don't interfere in his matter.' Heer 'i'm working with him.' Ash 'no doubt. You are surely planning to run away from here soon.' Heer 'i won't.' She got up to check Prem. By the time they got their lunch packs. Meher pulled Heer back to seat 'eat'. Since they have ordered food for her too, Heer started eating with them.

When Heer came back to conference room Prem is still working in his laptop. Nihal didn't come with her as he had some other work with HR. Heer sat next to Prem. she started looking at his monitor. He is silently working. Heer after a brief silence 'Prem, are you not hungry?' Prem didn't respond to her. Heer didn't leave in that point go and eat. My lunch is there.' Prem 'why you didn't eat?' Heer 'i had the ordered food.' Prem 'i don't like ordered food.' Heer 'i brought the lunch for me. that i didn't eat.' Prem 'tomorrow i'll feel hungry if i eat today.' Heer 'i'll bring lunch for you.' Prem 'no need.' Heer 'okay. today eat mine. we'll think about tomorrow later.' Prem didn't go. Heer didn't insist. Prem doesn't seems to be giving any work to her. he is busy reading the project. Heer 'what should i do now?' Prem harshly 'i hate question?' Heer hit back 'i like asking questions.' Prem 'Heer, don't irritate me.' she 'you are the one taking it as irritation.' He 'shut up' he got up angrily and pushed back the chair. With his hands inside his pockets, he walked here and there behind Heer. She got up angrily and went to Meher.

Ash saw Heer coming out of conference room. Anger on Heer's face gave Ash chance to smile. Ash happily announced 'bomb exploded' Meher, Preet and Rishab leaving there job turned towards Ash and saw Heer angrily entering the room. Rishab is the first to get up and go to Heer 'what happened Heer?' Ash got up 'so you had fight with Prem. i told' Meher interrupted 'will you both shut up?' she got up and gave her seat to her 'sit Heer.' Heer sat. She didn't pay attention to others. She lost in her own thought. Meher shook her shoulder 'Heer' Heer came out of her thought and looked up. She saw others staring at her with worried face. she manage 'what happened?' Preet 'that is the question we are asking you.' Heer 'nothing' Rishab 'then why you came with a worried face?' Heer 'worried face' she is confused 'me no.' Ash 'actually angry face' Heer 'no'. Meher 'Heer' Heer looked at meher 'no nothing.' She blabbered 'i tried to call my home. No one is picking up the phone. That is why' she stayed to see other response. All are quiet except Ash 'we all thought you had fight with Prem.' Preet joked 'Ash thought your day is over.' Heer 'oh i'm sorry i was worried about my call.' Rishab 'are you sure?' Heer 'ha.' She got up 'i'm sorry. This is the first time i'm away from my parents. That is why.' She didn't wait there to see their response. She quickly walked out of the room.

Prem working in his laptop when Heer entered the conference room again. Prem 'so finished your talk.' Heer didn't reply. She sat next to him. he 'what did they advised?' she gave a stern look to him but he is staring at his laptop. he 'so you all had good time bashing me.' she 'listen Mr. Prem, i'm not a person to discuss everything with everyone. I'm not a kid. I know what to talk and what not to.' he 'that's good. Hope you keep your words.' He pushed a lunch box to her 'thanks its really nice.' Anger in her face vanished and she smiled.

Nihal came in 'Prem, i have a client meeting to attend. You both carry on your work.' Prem and Heer shook their head. Prem and Heer worked together. there is no problem until 6 in the evening. at 6 Rishab called in the intercom. Prem picked up the phone. Rishab asked for Heer. Prem handed the receiver to Heer. Rishab informed about waiting for her. 'okay' is the only word she told to Rishab and disconnected the line. Prem without looking up from his laptop 'i'm not a monster. I'll not eat you. i can take you back home.' Heer confusingly looked at him. Prem harshly 'tell him to go home.' She shaken by Prem's anger 'why?' he ordered 'do what i say.' Heer quickly picked up the phone and looked at him for the number. He 8' she dialled 8. She told Rishab to leave.

About 7 in the night, Prem closed his laptop and got up. Heer too did the same. She packed her things. She stayed calm while they drove back home. He parked the car. She waited for him to join in the elevator. Inside the elevator, Prem looked at Heer straight into her eyes 'sharply at 8:30 in the morning stand near my car. I'll take you to office.' She has no option other than accepting his order by shaking her head up and down. He pressed the floor button. Suddenly he pushed her back to the elevator wall placing his hands on her shoulder. He leaned closer to her face 'if i see you closer with Rishab. I'll kill you.' he warned. She shivered seeing his angry eyes. She shook her head. He stood straight. He smiled. She fearfully managed to reply a smile and asked 'on one condition.' Prem harshly 'what?' Heer 'you should eat lunch from tomorrow' Prem about to say 'i' Heer 'I know you won't eat food from outside. I prepare for you.' Prem calmly shook his head. As the elevator door opened, he walked out as if nothing happened. She took few seconds to regain her strength to follow him inside the house.

Inside her room. Heer kept everything on her bed and fell on the bed. She took few seconds to come out of the shock Prem has given to her.

Next day lunch time, all are surprised to see Prem entering the dinning hall. Ash shouted 'oh sun rising in west.' Rishab saw Prem's empty hand 'we forgot to order for you.' Preet 'no problem we can share.' Meher 'Preet, give yours to him. you share with me. i can't eat this much.' Preet 'ya. Nice idea.' Ash 'Prem eat mine.' Heer is silently opening hers. Prem sat next to her. Heer placed one box in front of Prem. Preet winked at Meher. Meher whispered to Preet 'oh story goes like this.' Preet and Meher concentrated on their food. Rishab is staring at Prem and Heer confusingly. Ash got shock. Prem is about to eat, Ash shouted 'Prem, stop.' Prem looked at her 'what is your problem?' ash 'i thought you are skipping lunch for God to hear your prayer for something.' Prem 'my prayers are fulfilled.' He started eating. Ash is about to open her mouth. Prem showed his hand to stop asking. Heer also concentrated in her lunch. Rishab is confused about Prem's sudden change. Nihal 'so Heer you broke Prem's 2 year fasting.' Heer smiled. Prem is silent and busy in eating. Nihal 'Prem' Prem looked up. Nihal seriously 'don't get angry on me.' Prem smiled. Preet shouted 'arrey wah Prem smiled. So many good things happening today.' Meher 'all because of Heer'. Nihal silenced others 'shh' he looked at Prem 'suddenly why you wanted to eat today.' Prem 'simple. It is prepared at home.' Rishab 'even our ordered food is prepared at home.' Prem 'anyway that is business.' Nihal 'even then.' Prem interrupted 'let me clear. I don't like food which is prepared for mass crowd. Even i go to wedding i won't eat because it is prepared for a crowd. I like food prepared for one or two. Hope you understood.' Ash 'you could have told this before to me.' Prem 'i didn't say this to Heer. she thought and asked. I agreed. Understood.' Ash blankly stared at him. Preet joked 'oh my God, Prem gave lengthy speech today.' Prem 'now allow me to enjoy this food. It is really nice.' Heer is flying in the air hearing his praising words. Ash fuming. Rishab lost in his own confusion.

6 months passed. Prem didn't talk much to Heer. even then their understanding is good. Nihal really admired their working style of coordination and praised them. Nihal openly praised their understanding several time to others. Ash really got irrated. Rishab and Ash are sitting in restaurant venting out their anger. Rishab 'Ash if you really want Prem then you have to act fast.' Ash 'even you too has to do something.' Rishab 'yes, i thought about that also.' Ash have any plan.' Rishab 'yes. usually we go outing on friendship day right?' ash 'yes. Prem won't come. Preet and Meher will be in their own dream land.' Rishab 'we take Heer with us.' Ash 'oh you want to go to dream land.' Rishab 'yes. i'm planning to share my love to her.' Ash 'good to do it. I want her to stay away from Prem. she really testing my patience. She is blocking my way.' Rishab 'don't worry. Few days after that Prem will be free for you.' Ash smiled as Rishab narrated his own plot of trapping Heer even if she refuses his love.

Prem didn't stop Heer going out with them but he refuses to join them. Heer is double minded about this. She doesn't want to go without Prem. at the same time she doesn't want others to think her as doll in Prem's hand. Prem assured her that he is not thinking anything wrong about her going out with them. few more days for them to go for outing. So Heer thought she can convince him before that. But he seems to be adamant. Heer decided to skip. But Prem insisted to go so that she will get chance to know others in the group. When they were alone at home, She angrily shouted i'm not going without you.' He is surprised 'why?' she 'i want to be with you always.' He 'you are stupid Heer. you can't be with me always.' She 'i can. I want to.' he 'but i don't want to be with you all the time.' she shouted 'then why you told me to be with you all the time?' he 'not all the time. only during office time and travel time.' he paused 'so that there won't be any external disturbance'. she didn't understand his words 'but i can't stay away from you for long.' He 'why? That is my question.' She 'because i'm scared.' He laughed 'scared? You?' she shook her head like a kid Ash and Rishab all the time looking at me like something.' He laughed again 'they are not aliens.' She 'to me they are strange.' He walked away from her 'Rishab will give you good company. Preet and Meher are there to help you.' she 'okay. i'm going.' He is surprised 'then why so much drama.' She looked at him 'i just asked you. now it is my decision whether to go or not.' He 'ya sure. I'm not telling you anything. I just gave you idea.' She walked away 'thanks.' He smiled 'you are welcome.'

Day before the outing, Prem and Nihal went out for a meeting. In the office, Meher offered to drop Heer at home. Meher is walking ahead to take her vehicle. Heer is walking few steps behind dialling her mobile. Hearing sound Meher turned back and saw Heer holding her stomach screaming. Others too gathered. Everybody had their own ideas. Nothing workedout. She started screaming more. Heer held Meher hand in pain and whispered 'Meher, please take me to hospital.'

Omg..its awesome di...u r back with the bang..

I love arrogant prem..but this arrogant prem as some soft and possessive corner for heer..

Preet..meher..nihal are positive characters.. But ash and rishab are the bad news..

Atlast why heer was screaming in the pain..?? Wat happened..??

Cool title 😃

I did not understand y Rishab was uber nice and Prem was uber rude 😆 They are such extremes working together in same project 😲 Nihal must be a really patient and skilled leader haha to manage both of their temperament.

I assume Prem knew Heer's credentials based on Nihal's interview and he expected her to be brilliant.

That's y he allowed her to stay with him. Slowly he learned how she is - for example Heer preparing dinner and keeping in fridge, I guess that according to Prem is a responsible person's trait. Hai na?

He even had the food without asking Heer - I'm guessing he feels like they're family :P

The office scene when Heer got upset, leaving the room but returned after a while without gossiping with her colleagues also made him think highly of her.

Heer is super easy going hmm - I really did not like Prem being this rude to Heer.

Anyhow the scenes with everyone is entertaining. Good or bad it was fun. Even Ash's jealous attitude hehe. I don't think she'd be able go far with Prem as she couldn't even be his friend in office.

Meet are cute in the short scenes they popped in.

So what is the huge deal about this outdoor trip Rishab and Ash planning? 😕

Prem not wanting to go and Heer insisting him him to go seem like a tug of war 😆

Now I see Heer has stomach pain so she cannot go. Prem will show concern ? May be?

What will happened to the rest of the group ? Will Meher go or stay back?

I'm assuming Prem may show concern and convince Meher and Preet to go.

Nice to see PH working together Selvz - not ideal friends but understanding and hardworking individuals. I'm happy you decided to give a try on PH after so long, ty v much.

I do not have patience - please continue. Don't make us wait pls.
