yes...for once he did raise a question on heer and rajveer's relationship...but that was at a time wen he had a full proof that heer had checked into a hotel with rajveer...signed up as a couple...he had seen her with rajvir in the CCTV footage...though heer had told him a white lie that she was out helping a friend...

i agree...post preet's death...prem was wrong in warning heer abt breaking the marriage...but wat did u expect him to do??? it wasn't even a months time that preet had died...and she waas going on coaxing ppl to agree to meher get married to that guy??? i know she did it coz lalu wanted it...but don't u think heer should've atleast shared this with prem...that its not her...but his dad who wants such a thing??? heer had a clear example infront of her wen she hid things from prem(6 yrs back she did the same thing)...and here again she was repeating the same mistake...

Okay...🥱 😕. Well, Heer hide that thing from him bec. Gayatri had asked her not to reveal it to him. She had to obey her, after all she treated Gayatri like her own mother and even after the leap she had always loved obeyed her. Prem would have done the same thing as Heer, so really don't think that Heer was wrong in not telling him about the whole accident thing.
And I agree that Prem is a human and a husband but that doesn't mean that he could fight in front of everyone, shouting, beating and all. Along with being a husband, he is also a mature and responsible person who loves Heer from all his heart, so he could have talked to Heer and should have solved the problem in a cool manner rather than doing what he did.
And about the hospital thing, she wanted to reveal it to Prem that it was Bauji who asked her to do so, but if you remember then at that time he wasn't letting her speak. So, she wasn't able to stand for herself nor was she able to reveal the truth.
And the last lines...well, I don't know what's the connection. He not only came back for Heer but also for his family. He had other responsibilities too, not just Heer.
