Part 21 (LAST PART)

After a week, Heer showed remarkable improvement in her health. Prem helped her sit on the bed. 'why can't you lay down Heer?' Heer 'i'm getting bored.' Prem sat next to her wrapping his hand around her shoulder. leaning on his shoulder. 'i want to get out of the bed as early as possible.' Prem shook his head 'no. you have to take rest alteast for a month.' Heer 'Please Premmm.' Prem kissed her cheek 'nice girl. have to listen.' Heer like a crying kid kept her face. Prem whispered in to her ears 'i'm with you then why are you worried?' he nuzzled his lips on her cheek 'ummmm. i love you baby.'

Preet got phone from the police officer. After attending the call Preet face fell into sad and confusion. Prem noticed Preet face 'what happened? You look disturbed.' Preet hit his fist on his lap 'he escaped.' Prem 'who?'

Preet 'police got all the evidence to arrest Rishab.' He paused. Everyone eagerly waiting for his reaction 'he escaped before they went to arrest him.' Prem angrily 'what?' Preet 'ha.' Prem got up angrily 'how can the police be so relaxed.' Preet got up and touched his shoulder 'some how he got the information and escaped. Police are searching for him.'

Silence filled the room. Preet broke the silence. 'Prem, we have to be careful. There is a chance to attack di again.' Prem looked at him and then Heer with a worried face. Megher 'he may try to attack other family members to weeken our side.' Preet 'I have told to give protection to all.' Prem nodded and sat next to Heer.

Heer touched his cheek 'don't worry Prem?' Prem held her hand which is on his cheek and kissed her palm.' Gaya3 'Prem, Soon police will find his hideout.' Preet decided to meet the police officer to discuss about this personally. He left out with Megher.

Few days passed. Still there is no sign of Rishab's hiding place. Police enquired Sanjana several times but she is adamant and not telling anything about him. Police decided to watch her every move. But they didn't get any clue about Rishab.

Kiran and Kulraj's return delayed because of sudden health problem of Kulraj. Preet contacted Kiran and asked about Chahat's birth. Kiran 'Preet, we know who is the father of Chahat. I cannot tell that in phone. I'll come and tell everything when we meet.' Preet 'please come as early as possible.' Kiran 'sure.'

As Heer took dolls, picture and balloons one by one Prem started arranging it on Chahat and Sneha room. Prem 'Heer, you sit. I'll manage.' Heer handing a balloon to him 'don't you need me.' She smiled teasingly. Prem pulling her nose 'I need you but not for this.' Heer 'what do you mean?' Prem smiled and pulling her into his hands he kept his hand on her stomach. 'until our son comes to see us I like to give you rest.' Heer with a puppy face 'so you are not cared about me.'

Prem made her sit on the bed 'when did I told like that?' Heer 'now?' she turned her face away like a kid. he sat next to her with a smile. He turned her face to look at him. 'ma of 3 children.' He kissed her cheek. 'acts like a kid.' Putting his hands around her neck and leaned his forehead on hers. Putting her hands around his neck 'you makes me feel like that.' Prem laughed 'nice.' He nuzzled his nose on hers. Heer gently pushed him away 'finish it before they wake up.' Prem gave a quick peck on her lips and started decorating the room.

Sneha and Chahat opened their eyes calling 'mamma papa.' Prem and Heer are eagerly waiting for their angels to open their eyes wished them quickly. 'happy birthday.' Kids sat on the bed. Prem and Heer kissed them. Kids looked around the room 'wow' they started jumping on the bed Chahat 'who did all these?'

Prem 'mamma and Papa' Sneha and Chahat kissed them 'thanks papa. thanks mamma.' They jumped out of the bed searched for something. Atlast they found two gift packets. Both sat on the floor started unwrapping it. They pulled out dresses and dolls. Both came to Prem 'papa. come' they dragged him to washroom. Prem gave them shower.

After Chahat and Senha got ready, all went down. Gaya3 wished them and gave small gifts. Soon Preet and Megher joined them. After pooja, all had breakfast. After having breakfast, Chahat and Sneha went to playroom with the gifts and toys. Others settled in the living room.

Preet phone rang. After talking to someone Preet face showed both happy and confusion. Megher 'Preet'. Preet 'Prem, they arrested Rishab.' Prem is happy. Megher 'but' Preet understating her doubt. 'yes. we have to be prepare. Rishab may try to link Chahat in the case to divert the attention.' Prem 'but there is no connection.' Preet 'even then we have to prepare to counter.' Meger' Preet you call jiju and tell him to come as soon as possible.' Preet tried some number with a sad face 'no. its switched off.'

Prem and Heer got tensed. Prem put his hands around her shoulder and gently pulled her closer. He kissed her forehead. Heer leaning on Prem chest praying 'God, Atleast today we have to know the truth.' Prem understanding Heer gently rubbed her back. Even Gaya3, Preet and Megher too wanted the same.

Megher phone rang. Voice 'Megher, where is Heer?' Megher literally jumped 'Kuldi?' hearing the name Heer lifted her face from Prem chest with hope. Megher 'where are you?' Kulraj 'I'm standing in front of Heer house. But someone else is there.'

Megher quickly gave the address 'you come here.' After disconnecting the line 'di, Kuldi is in the city. She will help us.' Prem kissed Heer forehead 'don't worry we'll cross everything together.' Heer looked at him with tears.

After 30 minutes, Kulraj and Kiran entered the house. They are freezed in their spot when they saw Prem sitting hugging Heer. Prem looked at them with smile.

Kiran confusingly 'Mr. Prem Juneja.' Prem got up 'ha. How are you Dr. Kiran. So you are.' Confusingly he looked at Heer. Prem looked at Heer with confusion. Heer 'he is my jiju. Prem, She is my kuldi.' Kulraj 'but.' Megher 'Kuldi jiju you sit. I'll tell you.' Kulraj and Kiran settled in their places. Prem sat with Heer. Preet and Megher sat together. Gay3 settled next to Heer and Prem.

Megher 'Heer di is now Mrs. Juneja.' Kiran 'what happened to your wife Mr. juneja.' Prem 'she divorced me.' Preet 'Kuldi, now we don't have time. Coming to the point.' Kulraj and Kiran turned their attention to Preet. Preet went straight to the point 'who is Chahat's father?'

Kulraj and Kiran smiled. Kulraj 'Heer, I gave you one box after you delivered Chahat do you remember?' Heer 'ha. I have that.' Kiran 'did you ever saw that chain.' Heer 'no I never opened that box. But I'm having it safe' Kulraj 'go and bring that.' Heer went to bring that box.

Heer came with the box in her hand. Kiran 'take out the thing out.' Heer standing in the middle took the chain out. The pendant of the chain is hanging down from her hand. Heer looked at at Kulraj 'Kuldi, here is the chain.' Kiran 'the owner of this chain is father of Chahat.'

Prem looked at the pendant and got up from his place. Gaya3 too stepped forward to have the clear glimpse of the chain. 'PJ' twisted together hanging as a pendant in that chain. Heer still looking at Kulraj and Kiran to get the answer didn't notice the pendant.

Prem stretched his hand and took the chain in his hand. 'ma' she turned to Gaya3. Gay3 with tears looked at the chain and Prem. Heer looked at them confusingly. Even now she didn't look at the chain. Prem hugged Heer and kissed her face. Heer is confused. 'Prem' she struggled.

Kuldi and Kiran are smiling. Preet and Megher too confused. Megher 'what is in that chain? How can we identify Chahat's father with this?' Kiran 'the owner of the chain identified it.' He smiled. Preet and Megher confused then slowly understood. Smiled spread across their lips. Heer not heard what Kiran said to them is quiet until Prem whispered into her ears 'I'm Chahat's father. My blood. Our daughter.' Heer surprised 'Prem.' She smiled 'is it?' Prem nodded with a smile. He pressed his forehead on hers cupping her face. they closed their eyes in joy. Heer whispered 'Sneha is my daughter. Ours.' Prem 'ha Sneha and Chahat are our daughters.' They hugged tightly.

Gaya3 closed her mouth in happiness. She cried. Megher consoled her putting her hand around her shoulder.

Heer 'but Prem how do you know that?' Prem gently pulled her away and showed the chain to her 'see my name. This is our family chain. I gave this to Dr. Kulraj when she handed Sneha in my hand. I gave it to her as a compliment. Because of her treatment Sanjana got conceived.'

Prem face changed. He is confused. 'but how come it is possible. Sanjana delivered Sneha then how Chahat.' He looked at Kulraj and Kiran.

Kulraj got up 'Mr. Juneja, Chahat is your daughter.' She smiled 'Sneha is also your daughter. Heer is mother of both Chahat and Sneha.' Prem confusingly 'surrogate mother.' Kulraj shook her head.

Sanjana came to Kulraj. After introducing herself 'Dr. I want to deliver a baby immediately.' Kulraj laughed 'it will take nine months.' Sanjana 'what ever? Do something.' Kulraj smiled thinking her stupidity. 'arrey I can't do anything. You go to your husband and do something.' She let out a laugh which irritated Sanjana. 'Dr. I can't deliver my husband's child.' She gave a file. After studying the reports Kulraj felt sad. She found out that she don't have proper egg formation. 'no Problem. I'll give some treatments that will help you to get conceive.' Sanjana 'I don't have time for that. My MIL is a village lady everytime she asks only about child. To close that stupid ladies mouth I need a child immediately. That is in nine months.'

Kulraj 'one thing we can do your egg and your husband's sperm can be fertilized and the embryo is transferred to a surrogate mother.'

Sanjan cut in 'do that first?' Kulraj 'first let me check you. we wont' go directly like that.' Sanjana 'I'll call you t'row morning if you have any surrogate mother then its okay. Otherwise I'll got to some other doctor in the city. There are many for money. I know you are a famous doctor so I decided to meet you. even my MIL won't get doubt.' Kulraj agreed thinking her condition believing her statement. 'may be she is tortured by her MIL.'

Sanjana 'one more thing 'I don't want to transfer my egg.' Kulraj confused 'why?' Sanjana 'his sperm with that surrogates egg. okay?' Kulraj felt something is wrong with this lady. Sanjana continued 'don't give my identity to her and I don't want to know anything about her.' Kulraj confused 'is she really tortured by her MIL.' But Sanjana left before she ask something.

Next day when Sanjana called Kulraj, Heer heard their discussion and decided to became surrogate mother. Kulraj informed Sanjana about she got a surrogate mother. Kulraj did some test to Heer. She called Sanjana 'it's a favorable time for her. so if you come with your husband then we can transfer his sperms.'

After an hour, Sanjana came alone. Kulraj thought 'may be her husband is against her wish.' Sanjana 'he will be here in few minutes. But don't tell him that we are doing this with surrogate mother. As soon as that girl get conceives I'll act to him as pregnant.' Kulraj confused. Prem came in. When Kulraj saw Prem's face she decided to go ahead with her work thinking 'he will surely take care of that baby.' Prem 'Dr. I'm happy that you are giving treatment to my wife.'

Kulraj and Kiran did all the treatment part. Sanjana stayed in a ward. Prem is in another so he didn't know that his sperm is transferred to someone else. After the treatment they went home. Kulraj and Kiran took Heer home.

After a month they found out that Heer is pregnant. Kulraj informed Sanjana. She put drama in the house. She came to hospital frequently telling checkup but collected Heer's report. Kulraj and Kiran were not happy. They felt guilty. Megher visited Heer and thought its Heer's child through her marriage.

Time came to delivery. Heer is taken to the hospital. Kiran informed Sanjana. Sanjana putting up drama of delivery pain came to hospital. Prem and Gaya3 sat outside the labour ward. Sanjana is taken in. Heer delivered two girls. Kulraj took one in her hands with tears. 'they were happy that they are non identical twins.' Kiran told her to hand it over to Prem.

Kulraj handed the little girl who is eldest of them to Prem. Prem took his little angel in his hand. Gaya3 stood next to him with a happy smile. 'thank God she don't have Sanjana's features. She resembles only you Prem.' Prem kissed his little angel. He handed her to Gay3. He removed his chain from his neck 'Dr. it's a small gift to you. you made me happiest father today.'

Kulraj first hesitated but something strike her mind. She took the chain from him. She went back to Heer. Heer is sleeping. Little one is sleeping next to her. 'both has Heer's smile. But other features are from their father.' Kiran 'Kulraj, don't talk about him anymore. That will spoil Heer's life.'

Kulraj shouted in anger 'she already spoiled her own life.' With tears she strongly showed the chain to Kiran 'oneday this chain will bring them together.' Kiran shocked 'Kulraj, he is a married man.' Kulraj 'yes but that stupid Sanjana doesn't deserve him. He is a gentle man. If really God exists then He will surely give happy life to our Heer. Surely oneday they will became couple.' Kiran 'you will get disappointed later. Don't dream too much.' Kulraj with tears of anger 'I'm telling this in my pain. This word won't go wrong. Heer will be Mrs. Prem Juneja soon. These two kids need mother and father's love.' She walked away wiping her tears. Kiran surprised looking at her confidence. He know how much she love Heer and Megher.

Heer returned home with her baby. She named her 'Chahat.' Kulraj looked at Kiran 'see my prayer started answering by God. She kept her name Chahat, which is close to her father name Prem.' Kiran too thought her prayers answered now.

Kulraj kept the chain in a small box and handed to Heer 'this is the gift from child's father.' Heer refused to take it 'Chahat don't have any connection with him. I'm her father and mother.' Kulraj 'you keep this with you. you may need this later.' After Kulraj's pressure Heer took the box but never opened it thinking Chahat should not get attached to that. But she kept it safe without her knowledge.

Prem kissed Heer face lovingly and hugged her. both silently shed tears of joy. Prem whispered 'no one has rights to claim my daughter.' Heer gently nodded. Prem wiped her tears. Heer wiped his tears. He kissed her forehead.

Gaya3 with tears looked at his son. She know he is changed a lot after the entry of Heer into his life. Today she saw with her own eyes how much her son and DIL love each other. She is proud for his son who stood with Heer in this situation without doubting her.

Kulraj with tears hugged Heer 'my prayers are answered now. I'm happy.' She kissed Heer several times. Kiran with tears hugged Prem 'thanks Prem.'

Prem and Heer ran to Playroom and saw Chahat and Sneha keeping their head on their favorite big teddy's stomach sleeping peacefully with a smile. Prem touched Chahat head 'you are my daughter. That is why you had all my habbits.' He bent down and kissed her cheek with tears. Heer kissed Sneha. Prem and Heer leaned on each other.

Sensing some wet drops on their cheeks Chahat and Sneha open their eyes and saw Prem and Heer with tears looking at her. They stretched out their hands to Prem. Prem picked them up in his arms. Heer holding his hand came out. All watched the happy family. Chahat rubbing her eyes saw Kulraj and Kiran. She happily jumped out 'badi ma.' she ran to Kulraj. Kulraj took her in her hand and kissed her cheek. Chahat called Sneha 'come' Sneha too jumped out of Prem's hand. Kiran picked her up and kissed her cheek. Chahat introduced them to Sneha.

All started picking up and kissing them. Chahat and sneha got excited by the kisses from them. They jumped and clapped standing in the middle of the room. Prem pulled Heer into his hand. He kissed her forehead 'I love you.' Heer shyly leaned on to his chest 'me too.' Even though everyone noticed their silent romance, they turned away from them giving them privacy.

Next few days Prem and Heer went to court. Rishab tried to divert the case. But Heer's identification and the finger print on the knife clearly gave the evidence. Rishab pointed his fingers towards Sanjana for making do this crime. Atlast Rishab and Sanjana got the punishment for attempt of murder.

Prem, Heer and Gaya3 came out of the court with a smile. Gay3 saw Sanjana and Rishab being taken to the van. Gaya3 went to Sanjana and slapped hard on her face 'why did you do like this to my son? I treated you as my daughter but in return you gave us only pain.' Sanjana shouted 'your husband killed my father. I wanted to take revenge for that.' Gaya3 'Lalit didn't harm anyone in his life.' Sanjana 'then how did his manager died. He is my father.' Gaya3 angrily 'Lalit respected him as his own brother. In turn what did he gave to Lalit?' pointing her fingers to Sanjana's face 'your father tried to smuggle illegal things with the export orders. Do you want to forgive a person doing illegal activity?' sanjana 'you are telling lie. Its not true. I won't leave you and Prem so easily. Soon I'll come out and pull my daughter out of your hand.'

Kulraj appeared before her 'who is your daughter?' Sanjana shocked. Kulraj pat her shoulder 'don't waste your time thinking how to prove you as Sneha's mother.' She paused with a teasing smile 'because Sneha is with her mother now.' She leaned closer to her face 'her own mother.' She shook her hand in front of Sanjana's face 'you don't have any rights on her.' she smiled 'go enjoy your new home. Have a nice time.'

As the police women dragged Sanjana to the van, she saw Prem and Heer hugging. Chahat and sneha came with Megher. Prem took them both in his hand on either side and kissed them. He let them down. All holding their hand went home.

Prem put Chahat and Sneha to sleep in their room. he kissed their forehead. He came to Heer who is reading book. Prem sat next to her leaning on the board. 'searching name for our son.' Heer leaning on his chest 'no.' Prem kissed her cheek 'you seems to be last in the books.' Heer puling his hand to keep on her stomach 'how to handle children?' Prem 'you already know that.' Heer 'bringing up boy is difficult than girls.' Prem nuzzling his lips on her cheek 'do you think I'm naughty?' Heer giggled 'yes. you are. So definitely your son will be more than you.' Prem gave a fake sad face. Heer kissed his cheek. He smiled 'when you can handle me, you can also handle our son.' He rubbed his cheek on hers 'Heer' Heer enjoying his touch 'ummm'.

Prem 'I have selected a list of names for our son. You select one from that.' Heer shook her head 'no need.' Prem looked at her with confusion 'are you planning to call our son 'no need'.' Heer pulled his cheek 'you naughty boy.' She pat his cheek 'I already selected a name.' Prem 'is it?' interestingly 'tell me.'

Heer 'Prateek.' She gave a victory smile 'is it nice?' Prem kissed her cheek 'so sweet. Lovely name. I like it.' He gave more kiss on her cheek. He kissed her stomach 'mamma already selected a name for you beta. we love you.'

Kissing each other both slept with a dream of their life with their children.

Moon hides behind the cloud with happiness of witnessing two loving souls brought together by fate.
