CHAPTER 9

Prem went to office .Heer was all alone at home now.She was feeling lonely and she wanted someone to stay with her.
"what will I do now....how will I time pass till afternoon.?????"she kept on thinking..then just left that thought aside and went to get ready.
On the other side she was feeling like it would be better if Prem stayed at home...atleast she could do something if she had some company.But no he was not there.And she dint know anyone in this cityand she is coming here for the first time.

Heer took bath and came out wearing a green salwar.She was looking as usually stunning.The salwar was sticking to her body and giving perfect shape to the curves of her slender figure.And she was looking perfect, absolutely perfect.She left her hair except some from the side which is held together with help of a clip.She wore her dupatta....and went down.

Yes,she dint wear her mangalsutra and sindoor and now it was not necessary for her.
She went down and took a magazine and started reading.She read each and every block of that magazine so that she can pass time.It was already 11.00 and she finished reading the magazine.
She went and switched on the TV...she started changing the channels as nothing was interesting.
She just got bored and went to Prem's room....and started discovering things in there.She went and picked up Prem's photo which was resting on the table and looked at it and a smile crept on her face."He is doing so much for me......Thank you Prem....U are the best friend I have ever had."she was talking to the photo and kept on staring at it.Then she reaized that she was talking to a non-living thing.
She smiled at her stupidity and went around the room.She went to a cupboard and found some albums.She opened and saw It was Prem's college days photos.....she started to see the photos...she saw m standing with a girl and a guy and all the three standing like the Ghandi's 3 monkeys and making funny faces....one closing ears,another closing mouth and the other closing eye.....Heer just started laughing looking at them....especially................PREM....why not she....he was her best friend....now....
She went on seeing the pics and one was better than the other..and was more funnier...in all the pics she could see all the three not a single person missing in atleast one pic.She kept on laughing looking at the pics......she dint even come to know how the time passed by...and she dint even feel hungry...then the clock struck 1.30 and Heer came to sense....Then she remembered that she had to go so...she ran to the kitchen and made her special BREAD AND JAM....and ate it....she knew it was disgusting.....and eating patients food everyday was not easy....but she was helpless.After eating she went out locking the door and she took a taxi and reached the destiny.....kind of her life's destiny which will decide her future with Prem.
When she reached she saw that Prem was already ther waiting for her.He was leaning his back on the car and crossing his hands on his chest...She went near him.
Heer:Prem.....
Prem dint respond.He was thinking about his life ahead.What answer will he give to his parents?
What will he do?...How can he live without he..???and many other questions were popping into his head.Upon that he was sad.....sad because he is loosing her.....
Heer:PPPrrreeemmmm.........."she shouted out loud
Prem:haan....haan.....ohh...ur here ......lets go"showing that he is normal and nothing is happening.
But still Heer noticed that...."I..I....Im sorry prem"Heer said holding back her tears.....she herself dint know why she was about to cry....Mayb bcuz he is doing so much for her and she...is giving him only sadness....to him...she dint even know whether he is happy or sad...or anything it maybe...cuz he never shows his feeling....

They both reached the office room .They entered in.
Advocate:take ur seats
They both sat down....
"Hi Im Prem...Prem Juneja and this is Heer....
ADV....:so aap log yahan...divorce ke liye aaye hai.....
Heer was shocked.....how did he come to know....he had seen them just a min ago...
Heer:aapko kaise pata...????
Advocate:Prem ne mujhe phone karke bataaya tha....so I knew it..
Prem:so........"he was cut by the advocate.
Advocate:See Mr.Prem.....aap ne kahan tha ki aap donon ki shaadi 1 hafte pehle hui hai....and divorce so soon.... I mean what ever maybe the reason......but its not good to take divorce so soon....and as a good wisher for you both I advise u to not to do so...
Premeer looked at each other....and was unable to tell anything.
Advocate:See I will give u both...hmmm...some 3 months time......U both decide...even after that if U want divorce then ill move further....
Prem:par.."by the time he opened his mouth the advocate got a call and he got busy in talking.....
Premeer came out and Heer just rusher out....to the road and started walking on the footpath as fast as she could...Prem also sat in the car and started following her.....she dint stop at all."heer stop....sit in the car please....heer....."shoted prem...but heer dint respond,she went on..Prem drove slowly and he was calling her but no reply from the other side....he dint know what to do now."She dont even know the city well...where is she going???.....like this"Prem thought.

When Heer was walking some guys....started walking behind her and started teasing...They dint notice prem who now had stopped calling her as it was a public place and was driving slowly.
The guys started going near her....heer got more frustrated now...and she turned back and slapped one of the guys."phaatt......"this sound reached prem's ears and looked at that direction to only find heer surrounded by some boys...they started to touch her body,face...and heer was just pushing them ...offIt was a lonely road and there were nobody else other than them.By now Heer had tears in her eyes....

Prem ran to that direction and before that guy tried to touch her further he caught his hand.Heer who was closing her eyes and just turning her face dint see prem there.
Prem just twisted his had and left it off.Prem put his hand around her waist and pulled her closer.....this made Heer open her eyes and see her savior.....there he was.....she silently thanked god for sending him at the right time.Heer kept on looking at him and he kept on glaring at the bad guys.....
Prem eyes which were red in anger,which were showing all his anger towards the guys .....made them back off.....slowly one by one stepped backwards and ran away.
Prem looked at her and wiped the tears still holding her by waist...Heer just gave him a sorry look.Then he held her wrist and took her towards the car.He made her sit in the car....he also sat in and drove back home...

IN THE CAR
Prem broke the silence which was present in the car for a long time.
Prem:Heer tum gussa kyun ho....????what can I do if advocate tell its not possible to get divorce this soon.....mujhe kuch bhi nahi pata tha....
Heer:Prem im not angry bcuz he gave us time and not divorce.....he dint even take a signature on the application for divorce.........ok leave that..im angry on u cuz u left me alone at home....thumhe...pata hai mein kitni boor ho rahi...thi"making a sad puppy dog face........
Accha hua ki mujhe wohh...thumhara album milgaya...nahi toh...i don't know.
Prem:which album..?
Heer:ur college days one....
Prem:ohhh....toh tumne sab dekhliya....hhmmm?????
Heer:yes.....,they were damn funny"and started to laugh loud
Prem just was staring at her...even forgetting that he was driving.....a small smile appeared on his face..
Heer:Prrreeeeeeeemmm......aage dhekho.....
Prem was about to hit the vehicle in front of him....thanks to heer who made him come to this world back...no means.....gone.
Heer:UUUFFFF.....
Prem:thank god......
Heer just smiled at him.
Prem:heer il never let u go out alone....kabhi nahi......maine anjaam dhekliyaa...hai
Heer remembered all that had happen....
Heer:thanks prem...agar tum nah...."she was cut by prem....
Prem:dosti mein no...sorry....no thank you[I changed it a bit😆]
Heer also smiled back.And they reached the house by that time.
