Prem's eyes finally land on Heer and he cannot believe what he is seeing. At a distance by the shore, he sees a small framed woman kneeling down interacting with a little girl. Almost as if she feels his eye son her, she gets up and faces the group. Seeing her standing and facing him, Prem is able to get a good view and has only one thought – she looks like a tropical angel. As Heer makes her way to them, the wind blows some of her long hair across her face, which she pushes away with her hands. With her hair let loose, she has simple makeup on, just eyeliner and lip gloss. She is wearing a white, sleeveless sun dress printed with pink flowers.

*NOTE: many requested to see Heer's dress…here it is…simple…I know…but different than what Prem is used to…*

It is figure hugging at the top and then cascades below her waist. This is the first time Prem is seeing her in western wear – he loves it. In one hand she holds a big sunflower that was given to her by the little girl she was playing with. As she gets closer, Prem can see that the only pieces of jewelry she has are a pair of solitaire earrings, her mangalsutra, the watch he'd given her and their engagement ring. When she was only a few feet away from them, Prem also heard the cham-cham of her payals. When her eyes met with Prem's Heer couldn't help but smile and blush.

Maya and Meher wink at each other, and slyly high-five each other because Prem's reaction made convincing Heer to wear the dress totally worth it. Of course, while Prem and Heer flirted with their eyes, Nihaal and Preet couldn't take their eyes off of their respective girls. With Heer now standing with the group, she looks to the ground unable to meet Prem's eyes. Everyone is suddenly quiet.

Maya – So Bhaia……

Prem – (dazed as he looks at Heer) Hmm…

Meher – Aare Jiju, aapna muh band kijiyeh. Varna kuch ghus jayega. (laughs with Maya)

Prem – (snaps his mouth shut) Woh…umm…

Meher – Ek baath bataiyeh Jiju, Heer kaisi lag rahi hai?

(Prem is quiet for a few seconds so Maya and Meher fear he doesn't like it)

Heer – (worried as well) Aagar aapko pasand nahin hai, toh main jake change karleti hoon.

(Heer turns to leave)

Prem – Nahin… (grabs her hand to stop her) Bohot aachi lag rahi ho. (but Prem and Heer smile at each other)

Maya – Yeh hui naa baath!

Meher – Aur hum…hum kaise lag rahe hai? (pokes Prem)

(Prem comes back to reality)

Preet – Tum bohot aachi lag rahi ho… (realizes everyone is looking) Matlab ke…tum dono bohot aache lag rahe ho.

Nihaal – (whispers) Bohot aache… (winks as Maya as Prem is not looking)

Meher – Toh…kuch drinks hojayeh?

Prem – Tum log baito, hum drinks lekar aate hai.

The group splits up – the girls walk off towards some benches to sit while the guys go to get drinks. The girls are talking about the guy's reaction to their outfits. The girls turn back to look at the guys as the continue to whisper, at the same time the guys too look back to look at the girls again. The guys are paying more attention to the girls and less to where they are walking when suddenly Preet trips. He is about to hit the ground when Prem catches him. At this scene, the girls burst out laughing.

Nihaal and Prem try to stifle laughs as Preet tries to regain his balance.

Nihaal – Preet beta, zara sambhalke chalna. (looks back at the girls)

Prem – Haan, kahin haat pair naa toot jayeh. (looks back at the girls)

This time, as Prem and Nihaal look, they too trip over their own feet. However their tripping is different from Preet's in the sense that no one is there to catch them – Nihaal and Prem both fall flat on their faces. Preet offers them his assistance to get up.

Preet – Kyun guys…haath pair tik toh hai naa, ya phir toot gaye? (laugs)

(Nihaal and Prem swear under their breaths praying that the girls didn't see them fall)

A few minutes later, when the guys return with the drinks, they see that the girls are laughing hysterically. As soon as they get close enough, the girls try to control their laughter.

(Nihaal hands Maya a drink)

Maya – Thanks Bhaia. (winks at Nihaal who is confused)

(Preet hands one to Meher)

Meher – Thanks Jiju.

Preet – Aare, thanks sirf PB ko kyun? Hum bhi tumhare liyeh drinks laye hai.

Maya – Haan lekin……

Nihaal – Lekin kya?

Meher – Lekin yeh, ke hum jante hai ke paisa Jiju ne diya hoga. Issi liyeh thanks to Jiju only! (waves her hand) Woh saab chodiyeh. Yeh bataiyeh, ke aap log tik toh hai naa?

Prem – Kyun? Kya hua?

Maya – Nahin, humne dekha ke…aap theeno…

(just then all three of the girls burst out laughing)

Nihaal – Kya dekha? Kya dekha tum logoon ne? (trying to play it off)

Meher – Yeh hi ke aap log… (laughing) …gir gaye… (laughs harder along with Heer and Maya)

Preet – Baas baas…there was a rock there…humne nahin dekha.

Heer – Haan haan devar-ji…sure there was.

(the girls laugh as the guys are dying of embarrassment)

A short while later, the sun is setting. After enjoying the beautiful sunset they all head back to the hotel together.

Maya – Aare Heer, aaj dinner ke liyeh kya karein?

Prem – (talks before Heer can) Maya, aaj main aur Heer ek saath dinner karenge. (he looked at Heer) Baas hum dono.

Maya – Wah Bhaia, aap toh bilkul time waste nahin karte.

Heer – Kyun naa tum charoon bhi kahin par dinner karlo. (hinting at a date for them)

Preet – (hugging Heer) Wah Bhabi! Kya idea hai!

Nihaal – Ok girls…hum adhe ghante mein aayenge tumhe pick up karne.

Prem – (laughs) Aare yeh kya? Date paar jaa rahe ho kya? (suddenly everyone is quiet and nervous) Come on, main toh mazak kaar raha tha. (hits Nihaal on the shoulder playfully)

Nihaal – (gives a fake laugh) Yaar…good joke…good joke…

(they all breathe a sigh of relief as the enter the hotel)

After they got to their rooms everyone started getting ready. Prem was all ready and waiting in the lobby as Heer got dressed. She was going to put on a saree but Prem asked her to put on a dress instead – he loved how she looked in it. Seeing some movement by the stairs Prem looks up to see Heer coming down. She is dressed in a simple black dress with sliver lining, with a boat neck. She has on silver heels that define her legs. Her makeup done simply again and her hair was straight.

Soon Prem noticed that all the men in the lobby were turning to look at Heer. Initially he felt jealous but the feeling passed because he knew Heer was his – only his. As he watched Heer approach he was spell bounded – she looked stunning. Prem didn't know what shocked him more – the fact that Heer was wearing a little black dress, an essential for all women, or that fact that she owned one and he had no idea.

At the restaurant they enjoy a nice candle light dinner. Even though they don't verbally talk about much at all, its their eyes doing all the communicating for them. As the DJ puts on some romantic music a girl in a low cut red dress comes up to Prem, and taps his shoulder, she introduces herself and Geeta Kapoor.

Geeta – Oh my God Prem Jhuneja. Kitne din baad mil rahe ho.

Prem – Sorry, maine aapko pehchana nahin.

Geeta – Geeta, Geeta Kapoor…hum ek saath college mein the. Business 450 mein hum project partners the.

Preet – Oh…ok… (still cant place her)

Geeta – How about a dance? For old times sake…

Prem looks at Heer who can do nothing but smile politely at the moment. Prem hesitantly takes Geeta's hand and leads her to the dance floor. As Heer looks on, her smile disappears and fury finds its way into her emotions.

Heer – (thinking to herself) Woh ladki samajti kya hai aapne aapko? Mere paati ke saath dance kaar rahi hai! Magar…itna jalan, mujhe kyun? Joh bhi ho…unhone kaha tha ke dinner pe sirf hum dono honge…sirf "tum aur main"…aab yeh kabab mein hadi kahaan se aagayi!?

Heer's thoughts are interrupted when someone puts their hand in front of her face. Looking up she sees a man asking her to dance. Her first instinct is to look for Prem's reaction – he is frowning at her. Just to give him a taste of his own medicine, Heer takes the man up on his offer. For the duration of the song, Prem and Heer keep their eyes on each other, but neither one stops the other. However, soon Prem sees Heer begin to squirm because she is uncomfortable. He's had enough. Excusing himself from his dance partner, he goes up behind Heer.

Prem – May I have this dance.

(Heer turns back and is shocked to see Prem)

Guy – Aap hai kaun?

Prem – (puts a hand on the guys shoulder) Inka paati. Koi problem?

(the guys just shakes his head and leaves without saying anything)

Prem takes Heer's hand without saying anything and they begin to dance. When the song comes to an end, Prem suggests that they head back to the hotel.

Heer – Umm…woh…hotel paas mein hi hai naa? Kyun naa hum walk karle? Its such a beautiful night.

Prem – (smiles) Tik hai.

Prem asks the driver to take the car back to the hotel and soon Prem and Heer are walking a path along the beach that will lead to their hotel. It really is a gorgeous night, with the full moon and twinkling lights. Prem notices that Heer is cold when she warps her arms around her body. Being the perfect gentleman that he is, he takes his coat off and slips it around her shoulders. Seeing Heer blush, Prem decides to try something – he gently slips his hand into hers as they walk. Heer looks at him and smiles but doesn't say anything. They walk the rest of the way to the hotel hand in hand.

Once they reach their hotel room, both of them head towards the bedroom to get changed. Prem stops by the bed, and just as Heer is passing him he grabs her hand. Heer stops and turns to face Prem who gently pulls her closer to him. The night was going off so well that Prem was feeling particularly gutsy. Putting one hand on Heer's cheek Prem leaned in for a kiss, when out of nowhere they heard the front door open and voices coming through the suite. Instinctively Heer springs apart from him. Prem didn't have to see the faces to know who it was.

Maya – Heer…

Meher – Heer kahaan ho?!

(Prem and Heer come out of the bedroom into the small living room)

Prem – (mad) Tum logoon ko itna nahin paata ke kissi ke kamre mein aane se pehle khock karna chahiyeh?!

Maya – Sorry Bhaia woh…hume Heer se kuch baath karni thi.

Prem – Nahin, abhi nahin. (putting a hand on Maya and pushing her towards the door) Bohot dehr hochuke hai…kaal baath karlena.

Meher – (pushes past Prem) Nahin Jiju, it cant wait. (she grabs Heer and pulls her along with her as she heads for the door)

Prem – Wait… (he tried to grab Heer but was deferred by Maya)

Maya – (putting her hand on Prem's shoulder to stop him) Don't worry Bhaia, hum Heer ko adhe gante mein chod denge. Promise.

Prem – Magar…suno toh…

Maya – Good night.

(Heer looks at Prem helplessly for a second before Maya shuts the door)

Back in the girls room, they tell Heer all about their dates and how they had an awesome time. They have managed to convince Heer to having another solo dinner with Prem, so that they could go out again. Of course, that didn't take much convincing since Heer readily agreed. Unfortunately, the thirty minute conversation turned into a one hour and thirty minute conversation, so when Heer returned to her room, Prem was already sleeping.
