Chapter 8

Heer and Fari spent the whole night gossiping. About Prem. About Biru. About Deepika. About New York. About London. Even about their old crazy stingy boss, Amu. It was like old times and they both laughed until they fell asleep.

The next day, Fari and Heer hurried and got dressed and rushed to the tube station. They both made plans on how to torture Prem more. This torturing thing was sounding more and more fun, thought Fari. Maybe she should try this when she goes back to New York and torture Deepika.

Since it was too cold, they both decided to get coffee from Starbucks. As they placed their orders, Heer nudged Fari.

"Look! There he is!" Heer pointed out to a tall and handsome man. Even though Fari's eyesight wasn't that great, she could still tell he was good looking, more so in person than the picture. But than she saw who was next to him.

"Oh my god!! Heeriye, go hide in the bathroom! I can't believe this!! Oh my god, Heeriye, go run, run, run Heeriye!" Fari freaked out as she tried to hide Heer under the coffee tables or behind the plastic plants.

"Have you lost your mind? What's wrong with you? Why should I hide? I thought you are the one who wanted to meet Prem!" Heer said in confusion.

"HEER!! If you have stopped looking away from Prem, you would notice who he's walking with!! It's that VANDY!!!" Fari pointed out to the girl next to Prem.

"Oh my god, Fari!! Now what??" Heer said all scared.

"Worry not, Heeriye! Main hoon na! Stay here!" Fari said as she went to face Vandy.

Vandy. Their long lost enemy. Vandy. Fari couldn't believe, after all these years, she has come face to face with Vandy. Her blood was already boiling.
