Chapter 48
The whole night heer didn't sleep she cried and remembered prem's harsh words which were echoing in her head and making her feel bad and giving her wrong thoughts that one day prem might leave her. She was lying straight on the bed and prem was lying beside her with his back facing her, heer wanted to touch prem his soft velvet hair and she also couldn't sleep because now she is used to sleeping hugging prem.
Next morning
Prem woke up and he got ready and he went to the kitchen and he made breakfast for himself and heer, he made toast and fruit salad with coffee he didn't let geet make the breakfast because he told her to take rest. He went to his bedroom and he saw her coming out from the shower she was wearing her bath robe and her long silky hair were wet and the water was dripping on to her face making her look even more beautiful and then he placed the breakfast on the side table and her came and she sat ob the bed on his side and he sat beside her and he gave her fruit salad to eat but heer said "prem I'm not hungry I will eat later" prem knew that she won't eat because she don't like fruits much so he said "heer you have to eat now because you have to eat your medicine so come on eat" heer didn't say anything she just quietly took the fruit salad bowl from him and she started eating even though she hates it. Prem watched her eating the fruit salad she was making funny faces but he ignored it because he was still angry with her about yesterday, when she finished her salad he gave her medicine with glass of water and after that he finished his coffee and he took his files and he said "I'm going to office call me if there is anything you need" heer said "bye have a nice day" prem left the room and heer sat there thinking that when prem normally goes to work before leaving he always used to kiss her but today he just said plain bye to her.
Heer came out of her thoughts and she got ready she wore her denim short skirt with red vest top and she wore her flip flops and she started piling up her clothes in cupboard which were unfolded and out of place just then she heard a knock on the door and she went to open it and she saw geet standing there and she said "hi geet how are you? Come inside" geet hugged heer and she started crying and she said "I'm so sorry heer it's all my fault that you..." heer stopped her and she said "geet its not your fault anyway what in meant to happen it happens so don't worry" she grabbed her arm and she walked her to her bed and heer made geet sit on the bed and she said "now tell how is your arm" get looked at her arm and she said "I'm perfectly fine now you tell me did prem get angry on you?" heer thought for a minute and then she said "you know prem he cant stay angry with me for long he forgave me!! Did kunal say anything about his car?" geet got sad and she said "heer he didn't say anything because he thinks you took his car keys but if he fins out that I was the one forced you and gave you the car keys I don't know what he will do to me" heer said "geet don't be sad and don't tell him anything about you giving me the car keys" geet said "but heer..." heer stopped her and she said "lets forget everything now come on cheer up" geet smiled and then she helped heer with her clothes.
It was evening geet was cooking in the kitchen and heer was sitting on the floor resting her back against the wall in the balcony she was reading her book and she was too engrossed into the reading that she didn't notice the time and then she heard geet calling for her and she got up and she went to the living room and she said "geet why were you calling for me you know I was enjoying reading my book" geet smiled at her and she said "heer madam go and get ready we are going out for dinner kunal just phoned me and he said to meet him in the restaurant" her quickly said "geet I cant go I'm tired and I have a headache so you go and enjoy yourself" geet said "no heer you have to come please" geet started pleading but heer couldn't go with her because if she goes prem is going to be even more angry on her and then she said "geet please I promise I will go with you next time but today I cant I'm sorry" geet said "okay you take care and don't forget to have your dinner is made just heat it up and eat" heer nodded and then geet went to her room and she got ready and she came to heer's room and she said "okay heer I'm going now so take care of yourself and don't forget to have dinner" heer said "I promise I will have my dinner on time" then geet was leaving when she turned around and she said "heer your medicine take them on time" heer laughed and she said "yes mommy I will be a good girl" then geet went to the restaurant and heer sat in her room waiting for prem.
On the other side prem was going home when he received a call from kunal to meet him in the restaurant and he went to the restaurant to meet kunal and he saw geet there too but then kunal said "prem where is heer "but before prem could say anything geet said "heer didn't come because she had a headache" prem remembered heer and he knew that why she didn't come its because of what he told her than he came out of his thoughts and he said "listen kunal I'm sorry but I have to go home I have to go and see heer" with saying this he rushed out of the restaurant.
