Thanks😃 i know u want romantic scenes in every update (i want the same!! love meet!!) but sometimes it gets boring to read romantic scenes all the time. i try to include some comedy, anger, and romance. hope u like it!!

Okay, I liked this part because we got to see so much of gungun!

I always liked this ff because it shows the part of meet that they skipped in the show post leap. The competition thing and the brothers acting like kids too...that was so clever and ADORABLE! awesome awesome job! Having a happily married meet ff eventually gets boring but ou kept this sooooooooo interesting! I love the fact that gungun is just like preet! that is so precious! you do SUCH a wonderful job! Like your writing gets more addicting with each update!i think your next course of action should be a jealous pregnant meher or a jealous preet. I think a little jealous is healthy for a relationship! ( i bet you can tell since i use it lot in my ffs)

p.s. your question about picking what we need to do- in the U.S. you apply to college in november/december of grade 12 but you don't have to know exactly what you want to do until the second year of college. I makes me feel better because I have more time to decide! phew!

i m trying my best not to make this ff boring. i will end it the day i cant come up with more stuff and will start a different story. i want to start another story but i know i wont get time to update it. i might end this ff after 3 4 parts. dont get angry😳 i promise a new ff if i end this😊

Prem looked at Preet in anger. Preet did the same.

Prem: yeh sab teri wajah se hua hai!
Preet(shocked): meri wajah se??!!
Prem: Haan! tu hi larta hai hamesha bachon ki tarah.
Preet: main bachon ki tarah larta hun? aur app kya ker rahay ho?
Prem(embarrassed): umm…main… tu meri baat chor. Meher ko bhi yehi lagta hai ke tu bachon ko bigaarta hai aur khudh bhi bacha hai!
Preet(angry): aur Heer bhabhi to abhi app ko prem patr suna ker gayi hai na!! suna nahi unho ne abhi kya kaha tha app ko?...main to chota hun. app to baray hai na to bachon ki tarah kyun lar rahay hain abhi?
Prem: Preeet!!!(interepted by Chahat)
Chahat(angry): Papa! Chachu! app dono yahin lartay rahogay ya Mama aur Maasi ko jaa ker manaogay? Mama aur maasi sahi keh rahi thi. app dono bachay ho!

Preet and Prem looked at Chahat embarrassingly. They knew they were behaving like kids. Preet still blamed PB in his mind but he ignored him as he had another important task to do. Preet went out of the room thinking how he would lower Meher's anger. Pregnant angry Meher was dangerous like a bull. He took some courage and entered the room. He couldnt avoid Meher for long.

Meher was sitting on the bed in anger and was reading some pregnancy book. Preet went close to her and sat beside her. He moved closer to Meher. Meher glared at him in anger so he stopped. He stood in his place for a few minutes and Meher kept reading. She was fed up of his childish behaviour and she was not going to forgive him that easily this time. Her hormones were driving up her anger.

Preet kept looking at Meher. He knew he made her angry again. He loved to see her angry face but he hated it when she would stop talking with him. He took the book out of her hands and placed it on the night table. Meher looked at him in anger.

Meher: Preet, meri book do.
Preet(smiling): Nahi!
Meher(angry): Preet tum de rahay ho ya nahi?
Preet: Nahi dunga to kya karogi?
Meher: Nahi dogay to…to...(thinking)…to tumhe aik haftay tak kiss nahi milegi!
Preet(shocked): Meher aisa to na karo! (sad) I am sorry na Meher. Promise wapis aisa nahi karunga. tum jo kahogi woh karunga.
Meher(folding her hands): Preet tum hamesha aise hi kehte ho magar phir ulti seedhi harkatain kerte ho. is baar main tumhe maaf nahi karungi. do bachon ke baap bannay walay ho magar tumhara bachpana abhi tak khatam nahi hua hai! Preet tum baap bun gayay ho. apni zimedaari ko samjho! Gungun ko kitna shararti bana dia hai tumne aur…(cut off by Preet)
Preet(he holds Meher's face): Tum ho na Meher. tum hamaray bachon ko har achi cheez sikhaogi mujhe pata hai. (gets serious) Meher bachpan hi to hota hai jab kisi cheez ki fiqr nahi hoti koi zimedaari nahi hoti.jeenay do bachon unka bachpan. kerne ko jitni shararat kerni hai. (Preet paused. Meher looked at him. He was right. She was too harsh on him but what could she do? This pregnancy was driving her crazy. Anyways. Her handsome husband was always right she thought. This was the time to let their children live their childhood. Meher wanted them to do everything that she couldnt do as a child.Even though Gungun's naughtiness and Preet's childish acts irritated her sometimes, she could never imagine her day without them. Her world was filled with happiness because of these two people and soon, one more person would join her world to increase their happiness) aur tumhe meri shararatain pasand nahi?(winks at her)
Meher(hits his arm): Nahi!
Preet(he puts his arm on Meher's waist and brings her closer): Acha?
Meher(shies away): Haan!
Preet: Jhooti! (He nuzzles her neck)
Meher: Preet...
Preet(he starts to kiss her neck more passionately): hmm..
Meher: Preet koi aa jayega.
Preet(he looks at her): Main door bund ker k aya hun.(Meher looks at the door and finds it closed. She looks back at Preet who smiles at her. She smiles back. He cups her face and puts his lips on hers. He gently kisses them. He sucks her lips softly before entering her mouth. He explores her mouth with gentleness. Meher moved her hands in his hair and brought him closer. They stood in the same position for a few minutes and kissed each other slowly)
Preet(he moved his lips away from Meher and hugged her): I love you Meher
Meher(hugging him tighter): I love you too Preet
Preet: I am sorry Meher main tumhe itna tung kerta hun (he knew he was bugging her when she was going through such a time)
Meher: Preet aik baat bataon.
Preet: haan bolo.
Meher: mujhe acha lagta hai jab tum mujhe tung kerte ho.
Preet(smiling widely): to theek hai main tumhe har waqt tung karunga!
Meher: Nahi nahi! mera matlab yeh nahi tha. haan kabhi kabhi tung ker saktay ho (they both laugh)
Preet(he breaks the hug and lays his head on Meher's lap and holds her hand): Meher, main tumse itna pyar kerta hun isliye tumhe tung kerne main maza ata hai.
Meher(confused): matlab?
Preet: matlab yeh ke jab main tumhe tung kerta hun to tum naraz ho jaati ho.aur phir tumhe mananay ka alag hi maza hai!
Meher(smiling): aur jab tum manatay ho to mujhe bhi bauhat acha lagta hai.

Preet suddenly got up and smiled which made Meher confused. He moved towards the night table and took out a chocolate box from the drawer. He looked at Meher who was smiling widely looking at the chocolate box.

Preet(gives Meher the box): Yeh tumhare liye.
Meher(takes the box and starts to open it): Thanks Preet! (she opens it and finds imli instead of chocolate) Preet, is main to chocolates nahi hain!
Preet: Haan. is main imli hai kyun ke meri Meher ko imli khana bauhat pasand hai! aur mere baby ko bhi (he kisses Meher's tummy)
Meher(gets happy): waisay to mujhe chocolates ziada pasand hai magar tum woh kal lay ana. is waqt mera bauhat mann ker raha tha imli khanay ka (starts to eat)
Preet(laying back in her lap): Jaanta hun! isliye to laya tha.
Meher: tumhe kaisay pata?
Preet: Itna to jaanta hun apni Meher ko! (playing with Meher's hand) acha yeh batao hum hamaray bachay ka naam kya rakhaingay?
Meher(thinking): ummm…larka hua to Aman aur larki hui to khushi. mujhe yeh naam bauhat pasand hai.
Preet: Aman? Khushi theek hai.hamari zindagi main khushiyan aur barh jayengi is bachay ke anay se. laikin Aman…Aman Preet Juneja! it doesnt go together. aman ka matlab hai peace aur tumhe lagta hai hamara koi bacha itna shaant hoga?
Meher: laikin mujhe yehi naam pasand hai! aur last time tumne Gungun ka naam rakha tha to is baar meri marzi hogi!
Preet(smiles): ok fine! but next time main rakhunga!
Meher(smiling): acha theek hai rakh laina. (They both laughed)

Preet and Meher spent some more time discussing about their their future baby, Khushi or Aman.

After 7 months…

Meher and Heer were ready to give birth any day. Therefore, they both shifted to the rooms on the first floor.

Preet and Prem had been taking care of them throughout the pregnancy. Although it was very tiring, they loved doing it.

Preet was in the kitchen making some fresh orange for Meher when he heard her screaming his name. He ran to the room as fast as he could.

Preet(entering the room): Meher! kya hua Meher? tum theek ho?
Meher(she was on the bed with Gungun beside her): Preet, mujhe orange juice nahi chahiye.
Preet(confused):tumne to mujhe dara dia!...to kya chahiye Meher?
Meher: mujhe ice cream chahiye.
Preet: ok main lata hun(turns around to leave the room)
Meher: ruko Preet! tumne flavour to poocha hi nahi
Preet(stops and turns around): oh haan. kaun sa chahiye? (Since there were two pregnant women in the house, they kept all the flavours of ice cream in the freezer just in case they needed some)
Meher: mujhe chocolate ice cream chahiye!
Preet(starts to leave): Ok. main abhi laya!
Meher: ruko Preet! mujhe chocolate ice cream nahi chahiye.
Preet(confused and irritated that Meher was changing her choice so quickly): Meher, abhi to tumne kaha tumhe chocolate ice cream chahiye
Meher(making an innocent face): woh Preet ab dil nahi ker raha chocolate ice cream khanay ka. tum strawberry le aao.
Preet: theek hai!(starts to leave again)
Meher: ruko Preet! mujhe strawberry bhi nahi chahiye
Preet(He stops and walks towards the bed and sits near Meher): Meher, tum soch lo tumhe kya khana hai abhi aur main lay ata hun!
Meher(burst out laughing along with Gungun): I am sorry Preet. woh kya hai na, tumhari beti hi ne kaha tha tumhe aise tung kerne ka!
Preet(he looks at Gungun and picks her up in his arms. He hugs her tightly): acha to yeh baat hai! Mama ke saath mil ker Papa ka bakra banaya! (he starts to tickle her)
Gungun(trying to control herself): Papa…sorry…please chorain na…bauhat gudgudi ho rahi hai…Papa…
Preet(he stops tickling her and kisses her while Meher enjoys this): Ab Papa ko bakra banaya to wapis aise hi karunga!
Meher(yells Preet's name in pain): Preet….
Preet(he put Gungun on the bed and went close to Meher to check on her): Meher! Meher, kya hua?
Meher(holding her tummy): Preet…

Meher told Preet that it was time to go to the hospital. Preet informed Prem bhaiya and Heer bhabhi about this. They helped Meher to get in the car. Prem started to drive while Preet sat with Meher at the back. They soon reached the hospital. Meher was taken in a room with doctors and nurses. Preet stayed outside with Prem. He was very worried for Meher and the baby. He kept praying for their health. Prem also told him not to worry and everything will be fine. After some hours, the doctor came out the room. Preet and Prem stood up and went near her.

Doctor(standing in front of Preet and Prem): Mrs. Juneja ke husband?
Preet: Ji. Ji main. Main Meher ka husband hun. Meher kaisi hai? aur baby?
