Hey E,
I agree it was a very decent episode and that too in a long time. Almost everything made sense and it flowed beautifully. Nothing felt out of place. All this is a big thing for a show which changes its team every two months! I am thankful to whoever is responsible for this continutity and pace.
Oh yes everybody wants Prem's happiness. The only difference is I don't know if Geet and Ash really mean it. I know the forum members definitely want Prem's happiness and we all know where that lies, right? BTW even though I hate to see Prem cry he looks absolutely gorgeous doing it, doesn't he? Never seen any guy look so nice crying.
Heer: i must say her reaction was something I had anticipated. I am happy that she told off Ash and kept her faith in Prem. But I am not convinced that she's fully moved forward. I know what happened was not something one can ever forget but I really wish she realises that Prem is afterall a human and he made a mistake. I really hope she loves him for what he is rather than what she imagines him to be. I also sincerely hope that this time she means what she said and she'll fight tooth and nail to keep their relationship intact and i hope she fulfills her promise to Lalit.
Prem: isn't he the sweetest and cutest thing? with an exception of chahat, of course (who I miss very much). I agree I didn't like the fact that he went to Heer and tried to explain neither did I like the fact that he thanked Heer for believing him. I felt that was out of place and not needed. I thought they have moved forward so there was no need for such a thing. But hey what do I know? But I loved all his antics today. I loved loved the whole ring thing (the white water is milk). He never loses any opportunity to flirt with Heer, does he? and the best part is he doesn't care about who is around them. That is one thing about him that hasn't changed in all this time. Once he sees Heer everything else fades out.
Gaya3: I found it strange that they had a whole scene showing that Gaya3 was not responsible for bringing Ash. Even though she loved the fact Ash came back. But what I want to know is how is gaya3 planning to get Heer out this time. Now that Ash is back she can use her but if she wasn't back then what was Gaya3 planning to do? Posion Prem again in pretex of oiling his hair? But isn't she becoming scarier by the day? I loved her confidence when Geet threatened her today. She reminds me so much of DJ who knew what she had to do and went about doing it. Gaya3 gives me the same vibes.
Meher: frankly among the Maan siblings Meher seems to be the only one who has some brains. I so wish she uses it quite often though. One thing I have always had an issue with this show is why didn't they ever develop Meher's character. Why was she always on the sidelines? Agreed the story is all about Prem and Heer but that doesn't mean other characters don't contribute anything.
Geet: I still don't think she's a good guy. She seems too good to be true. So I'll reserve my comments on her for now. I am sure Geet is going to find a way to stick around Jzoo in the pretex of saving Prem and heer from Gaya3, Ash and all the others.
Ash: what i don't get is Ash did everything as part of her revenge against Heer for getting Preet married to Meher. then how come she doesn't feel anything at seeing Preet? Wasn't he her great love? Why was she feeling sad at the Prem and Heer ring thing? I don't trust her, never did, never will. I am sure her antics will start very soon. I just hope that like Lalit said Prem and Heer see through her and teach her a lesson.
Mystery person: I would have thought that the mystery person is Nihaal but I don't think so. Because the shadow was first seen when Lalit mentions about a bura saaya- nihaal is stupid but not bad. Secondly the shadow and footprint seems to be of a woman than a man. Also why would Nihaal want to hurt Heer?
HC: when I was watching the whole ring thing I remembered an SBS of HC and his family and they were saying that as a kid he hated if his fingers were dirty and he used to always wipe them while eating his food. I wonder if he is still like that if he is then he must have hated doing that ring scene because he had to dip his hand in that water and god knows for how long. The poor thing! things he has to do to earn a living!
AG: she was really trying hard to suppress her laughter in many scenes. I think in that scene where Prem puts his arm around her and slowly guides her into the room was one such instance. That wasn't heer laughing that was totatly AG.
Prem-Heer and the moon: well like they said in a recent SBS the moon sure is the lead in this show. I agree I loved the fact that after all the excitement and fun the first thing that Prem did after coming back to their room was just hold her and look at the moon. They both looked so calm and content there. It was like they have finally won a battle and now it was time to rejoice. I loved the fact that they didn't show a very romantic or lovey dovey scene of a desperate Prem. This was perfect and this is what I would expect Prem and Heer to do after getting together after such a long separation. For once I am very happy with whoever came up with this scene.
Chahat: miss her! miss her! miss her! i want her back now! can i throw a chahat and prem like tantrum? I so wanted to see her sit in between her parents during that ring thing. I so so miss her.
Highlight: even though there were loads of scenes that really touched my heart the best one for me was when Heer takes the ring out of thewater the first time Prem has this wicked smile on his face. Ooooh! that was a killer. That smile was totatlly something else. It reminded me of the baazigar line that Prem said two episodes ago - "haar kar bhi jeetne wala ko baazigar khete hai". It was like even though he lost he had won the most treasured thing.
Want to see: Prem and Heer truly believing that noboy will come between them and fighting anybody who threatens their relationship.For once I want them to fight rather than sacrifice themselves for others. Prem, Heer and Chahat bonding as a family. Also want to see how Harman and Meher will help them in this fight.
