2.she was in comma and may have recovered and found his brother in jail all because of heer...so she will try to take revenge from her .

being obessed lover she will be shown physcopath and prem and heer will be in mess.Prem will breakdown seeing his friend's condition and heer will become his strength and support him...

So my guess is its sanjana coming back.
