Ok, people who r disappointed with today epi - Page 5

Umm... while I agree that the production quality has gone down, I do think this is the case for several other EK shows, and this has been the case for a long time, whenever EK launches a new show.

@triv: i agree with everything you said. No point crying over spilt milk. And believe me most of us know that these guys work really hard and we really appreciate that. It is only because we love the show so much that we fought for the show for so long. But what I fail to understand is why couldn't they have arranged the schedule in such a way where they could have got these two dub for it? It is not like they are shooting cut to cut now. This scene was shot sometime early this week. And this scene was in the pipeline for sometime. they didn't get up one day and decide we have shoot the reunion outdoor in the shiv mandir, right? Even if it was a last min decision they should know more than us that outdoor shoots would require the actors to dub. My issue is inspite of knowing all this they let it go. This was probably one of the most important scene in the track right now and it was ruined completely because of the dubbing. I, personally, have no issues with bodydoubles. Actors are humans and they also need a break but my point is didn't these guys never take a break before or never do any outdoor shoot before? When bodydoubles or dubbing was not required then then why is it happening now? Believe me I really appreciate all the work these guys are doing and I am glad that atleast in this show they are still true to the concept to a large extent but I feel let down because the creatives and the directors must know how important HC and AG's voices are to make and sound Prem and Heer real. End of the day each and everyone of us want this show to do well and it is only because we are truly and madly besotted with the show (like Estee mentioned in her bt lt) that we feel let down when the team fails to meet up to their own standards.

yes i agree that demand to end the show is wrong as many fans got hurt by this ...

There is a way to go about proper constructive criticism and it's not by pulling out pitchforks and demanding that they end the show..instead of making millions os topics about the disappointing epi..keep it at one thread is all I ask...I didn't find the epi that good either..infact I remember I described the epi as lame to nans on phone..but it cannot be perfect all the time.

I agree in constructive criticism....... but it high time they need to know & pull thier socks that all we are saying....i know many have asked to end the show....... but honestly if this is the way they are going to progress i i dont see anything wrong. if there is lack of unprofessionalism & its becuming a routine....... A constant use of BD for main lead char is need to be though over no..........

I agree it cannot be perfect all the time....bu tcertain imp vital scenes does require perfectness..

While I agree that voicing our concerns is important, and we shouldn't stay quiet, it doesn't mean that we have to open so many topics with so much negativity. Like I said, I was only here for a short amount of time, but it completely ruined my mood. To be honest, I watched the episode, and felt irritated, but I came on the forum, and my mood got 100 times worse. The forum just swings from one extreme mood to another, we can never seem to find a middle ground can we?

Too true Bee..the negativity is a major factor to why I don't visit the forum as much as I used to..it's a sad state our forum is in.

we cant do anything now...just let it go...if u chose not to watch show, then thats ur decision, but for those woh want to continue it, let them watch it in peace!

im just tired of the blame on hc and ag, they work hard, if anyone needs to let of the hook, its these two.

A scene cannot be reshot..it's impossible to get the same setting as it was during that scene..when a scene is set up for shooting it has to be completed then coz even a slight shift in lighting or setting can ruin the scene. It's either shooting the full scene all over again which takes major chunk of money, time and effort or it's using a BD in the same shot for some small mistakes..so I can't blame them for using BD and dubbing.

Triv I know what u r saying! Yeah the people work hard almost living on the sets for 18hrs or so & they r dogtired by the end of the day!! All is understandable but if the end product is not good or not even satisfactory then what is the point of this hard slogging & we have the right or should I say priviledge to discuss about it!! Right?? It will be otherwise like we slog day & night for our exams & work really hard but in the end when results r out we see we have failed, its that same feeling!! But this bad editing, direction, dubbing, BD, illogical track, scenarios, bloopers r getting endless nowadays & it took place after the show shifted to afternoon slot. They have to be told about this that we r not bunch of GFN people sitting around doing nothing but drool over Prem & Heer!! We too have 2 cents worth of sense & taste in us. They just can't take us for granted!! Afterall who r they making this show for?? Who r they catering to?? Who r they looking forward to for TRP's??? Its us, the viewers & if we r unhappy then they better adhere to our wishes & appeals.

And KDM is not the only show going out of its way to work hard, look at all the other shows, every1 of them r doing outdoor shoots, but not a single episode dish out such poor quality in every aspect. I am not even talking about other production houses, look at PR of BT itself, outdoor shoot at its best, right on roads of B'bay, trains & stations & they r all realistic & perfect. There is not a hitch there, then why such neglect on our show??

I know BT needs motivation after the unthinkable treatment from SP & now they r all demoralised & depressed about this whole thing which has made them so careless & unattached from the whole thing but for all this we r the ones who r suffering.

And I think because we love the show so much we ought to point out the drawbacks. Afterall we r a family, only we can do that & can't accept outsiders talking bad about it!! So we r the ones who have to put the message forward & ask them to rectify the wrongs for their own betterment. But as l said we have to do it in a civil manner instead of bashing & thrashing!!

@ triv i am visiting this forum regularly and daily but after long time i have seen people voicing against creatives [for me its not negativity], that too after waiting patiently for long ...Volcano errupted just because we never expected that We will be so let down on our expectations..
