* little thing: heh. it takes gi-it to scream that there's a truck headed right at them. that driver was definitely on something stronger than just alcohol... 🤣
although, he certainly had a tight grip on the steering wheel all through -- even when he was passed out... 🤣
* little thing: must hand it to gi-it -- she is definitely one person who doesn't forget this world has a cellphone, or how to use it. or even how to give the perfect information. ''mama. accident. j. p. road.'' passout.
*sigh* why is it that the only place she doens't see a thing is when it comes to prem and heer? hmmm. but then, that is usually a problem with most people and prem and heer anyway, no? 😆
* little thing: y'know? 😆 when gi-it glob's phone dropped in shock, the look on maya's face was ''hey, you threw away your phone! how could you?? and you aren't picking it up. it's your phone, dude! how could you??''
* little thing: good thing gi-it glob isn't the fainting sort, na? 🤣 it'd probably have taken all of jzoo to lift her up! 🤣
* little thing: hmmm. prem's switched to wearing silk kurtas. thick white ones. thick being the operative word. hmmm! 😆
* little thing; btw, was no one else expected dheer #2 to land up to pull gi-it out of the car??! really??! was it truly just me??!!!! 🤣
* little thing: wasn't it hilarious how all of jzoo fit in two cars to land up at the accident?? and funny how the random crowd gathered around just then too, just to get pushed around by the jzoo men?! 🤣
* little thing: anyone noticed the dog that casually strolled past the crowd?? 🤣
*man! it was so funny -- i think i could write the entire bt,lt on this accident!! 🤣*
* little thing: 'kay, that stoooopid window being down thing was truly insanely stoopid.
all the windows were up. obviously, it was an ac car. and ''strategically'', one window was open. just that leetle ''strategic'' bit... argh!!!
*sigh* it was irritating how stoopid this accident was...
* little thing: of course, by inference, prem sticking his arm down the window to open the door was stoooopid too.
unless it was just a way to illustrate that his arm is extremely muscled.
er... prem. dude. we've already registered that. like, many times over. next? 🤣
* little thing: wasn't it hilarious seeing how they put that prem-carrying-gi-it shot together???
in one shot, prem puffing to haul gi-it out. next overhead shot, new harman is holding her by the shoulders, and prem's at the other end. 🤣 next side shot, new harman's shawl is all entangled as he handed over gi-it to prem. *btw, hc's face there is a sight! he was clearly on the verge of cracking up...*
and that is what poor little heer is getting stressed over??? she should re-watch the episode and have a good laugh! 🤣
* little thing: given this (in)auspicious start, is it any wonder that i couldn't take the rest of the accident drama seriously?? 😆
i mean, i just couldn't stop laughing as first gi-it and then gi-it glob kept thanking prem as if he was a cancer specialist who had discovered the way to cure leukemia! not to mention wanting to bop heer on the head when she added to the thanks!
* little thing: but there was something that broke through my 🤣-ing: the sight of heer standing at the door, as if she was an employee, rather than a daughter, a sister, a friend.
that made me burn.
so if there is anything that i will thank gi-it for, it was the sweet way she called heer into the room to be with her.
* little thing: heer, i know you're seriously miserable. but surely you don't believe that prem had anything to do with ''saving gi-it from death'', did you??
saying that thanks to prem was silly. of course, if you were just using it as a way to say something to prem, to get to look at him, into his eyes, then i guess it was not that silly... 🤔😆
but seriously, if that was the reason she did that, then poor heer! 🤔 and prem didn't really give her anything back at all, did he? poor prem. poor heer.
* phukda thing: oh, she was so sweet, picking out clothes for her mother's best friend's engagement! what a lovely innocent contrast to heer's deep-seated depression about the breaking of prem-heer-are-one forever.
* heer thing: *sigh* pbauji's words have a deep impact on heer, no? for all that she considered the glob a god, it is only when she sees pbauji accepting gi-it as his daughter-in-law, his daugther that the foundations on which her beliefs rest get shaken.
and that too so hard that it even shakes her belief in prem's love, need for her? is heer just in a very bad place just now or what??
she is sunk in a sense of guilt that she may have overdone the push-prem-away acts. which sense of guilt spills over into what she may have deprived her daughter of all these years.
and now there is what looks like a golden opportunity for her -- and in competition is a marriage between her lover and her best friend. pbauji wants it. glob wants it. now, phukda wants gi-it-prem marraige too! and that's enough for heer? that if prem's chahat wants it, maybe prem has started wanting gi-it too? and so what does heer want? of course, what prem wants. 🤔
*sigh, heer has always been such an extremist -- once she chooses a position, she is an absolutist about it! when she believed that prem was not to be close to, she had to make sure to protect her daughter from him. when she believed that prem was her prem, she has to now make sure that her daughter has to be with him. i wonder how she is going to solve this little problem?? man, i hope she doesn't take any drastic decisions -- like the time she decided to walk out of prem's life after ajmer so that he could have his family and be happy, even without her.🤔 *
poor heer. in a seriously dark place. and the way she started unravelling in front of her little daughter was shattering to watch. all these years, she had actually kept the faith in prem-heer-are-one. the same faith that had held her together even when prem was apparently dead. but then, she had prem's problems to deal with, prem's family to watch over. in the last six years, too, she has kept the same faith even though she hasn't realised it upto now. the faith that prem-and-heer-are-one and prem-heer-will-always-be-one.
and all of a sudden, it really looks like that will no longer be true. i guess heer had no other choice -- she just had to go to pieces. just in the same way that she imagines prem-heer-are-one are going to pieces. 🤔
tears on heer's pillow. tears on phukda's shoulder. *sigh* what would it take to never see heer cry again? what will it take to convince her that what prem really truly wants is her. her. her. her. and phukda. that prem wants heer and phukda? 🤔
* little thing: but did anyone else giggle through their tears when heer ran out of phukda's room and up the stairs to her own room??! phukda's room is upstairs!
gee! the creative team just love making heer run don't they?? and why not? she does such a classy job running -- even in a sari! actually, 'specially in a sari!! 😍
* little thing: er... gi-it's had an accident with a head injury -- and the darned jzoo are happy to let her drive??!
seriously, the collective brains in the jzoo at any point in time must weigh smaller than a peanut!
* little thing: the rest of jzoo squirming when pbauji told gi-it that she is not their daughter-in-law, but their daughter.
er... ya! koi shaq? heer's the daughter-in-law, stooopids! 🤣 gi-it's who pbauji's planning on adopting to take vitchface's place at jzoo... obviously! 🤣
* heer thing: *sigh* i knew it. i just knew it! heer is obviously gonna flip out and think that gi-it deserves prem's love more than her -- 'cause of course, she doesn't, hasn't, won't ever love prem like gi-it can love prem, right??!
why? why?? why??? does it always look like no-one ever remembers what happened before the last two months on this show?? *no more really long hair to pull out; now i'm down to yanking at the shorter stuff... *
said it before, saying it again: when they have heer say things like this, my brain goes into total shutdown mode.
must admit though: seriously prefer my brain going there after a 06/19/08 type episode than this type of shutdown.. 🤔😆🤔
* heer thing: so sad. this time, heer thinks she has to give up her chand 'cause it's a prem-heer-ka-nishani -- and she no longer has permission to that story. [Unhappy]
*sigh* said this once before, saying it again: i wonder whether it will ever strike heer that the biggest prem-heer-kay-pyar-ki-nishani is phukda. what will she do when it strikes her?? knowing heer -- or knowing heer of before the tls** -- i am not enjoying the possibilities of what she may do... 🤔
** tls: time line shift, of six years. 😛
* phukda thing: poor little phukda. she has never seen her mother so shattered like this before, no?
but being a smart child -- after all, isn't she our mahabharat ka krishna?? -- i wonder how long it's gonna take her to join the dots and figure that her mother has become more volatile and erratic since a ... er ... certain hotel ki ownerji turned up on the scene? 🤔😊
* little thing: whatever collective brain jzoo have is still probably more than the brain that gi-it glob has!
how? how?? how??? could she have let gi-it drive off like that to heer's place alone??! why the heck didn't she just offer to go with her??!!!
seriously, i do not get the idiocies these creatives are willing to let their characters suffer.. 😛
highlight of the episode: hmmm. the dog that casually trotted by in the corner of the accident scene? 'cause y'know? you never get to see random dogs on the streets in the us, do you??! *gee! never really thought 'bout that till now! i wonder what they do to all the dogs??! 😕😭* 'kay, got one. phukda's smile as she says that at her mama's best friend's wedding, chahat has to be the best dressed. that phukda is such a sweetie...
w&w. even if it is with a heavy heart... w&w.
g'night guys. i'm in trouble with mo... my fire-breathing dragon on keeping late hours. *😆, ya, smits! she is all that! 😆 just not all the time, that's all... 😃*
i must be nice tonight. 😆
