The sun started to rise filling the sky with a shade of orange and red. To add to the beauty the atmosphere was filled with sounds of chirping of birds, melancholies by workers leaving early, bhajans and keertans from temples near by. Heer closely opened her eyes to find prem almost lying on her causing her to smile. She recollects how sweetly he sang for her. Without disturbing his sleep, she slowly gets out of his grip. She quickly gets ready and leaves to kitchen for making break fast. She was adding sugar to the tea when she feels a pair of hands wrapping around her. She touches his cheek

Heer: Good morning.

Prem: Good morning. He rests his head on her shoulder.

Heer: Prem ab subah ho gaye hai, neend katam chalo jaldi se ready ho jao aur …

Suddenly she realizes that there was no where he has to rush to. Prem also understands that and he leaves from there sadly.

Prem sits on bed thinking about what to do. He has no job now. Heer comes to prem.

Heer: prem tum bil kul phikar mat karo.koi na koi rasta jaroor milega.

Prem's phone rings.

Heer:kaun?

Prem:kunal

Prem:hello

Kunal:arre prem kaha hai tu? mein kal hi aya US se aur mujhe patha chala kit u mere liye cal kiya..

Prem:bohut jarrori baat hai yaar.

Kunal: Teek hai mein tumhare office aaonga..

Prem:nahi tum office mat aana..

Kunal:lekin kyun….

Prem: Kyunki mein ne ghar chod diya.

Kunal: ye kya bakhwaas kar raha hai. ab tu kahaan hai?

Prem tells his apartments address.

Heer asks him what kunal said. prem tells her that he is coming.

Kunal is prem's best friend from college and later they became business partners.

After 1 hour

Someone knocks the door and heer opens. It was kunal. Kunal hugs prem and asks him what happened, then prem explains him everything about Harman and how he has to leave the Juneja house.

Kunal:Harman ki itni himmat.woh tere saat aisa kaise kar sakhta hai.mein abhi Juneja industries se mere partnership tod deta hoon.

Prem: tu aisa kuch nahi karega.hume humesha apni personal life aur professional life alag rakhna chahiye.aur teri loss ke bare mein soch

Kunal:dekh mein Juneja industries mein partner tere wajah se bana.ab tu hi nahi raha tho… aur mujhe Harman kho bhi sabak sikhana waise bhi mein apni loss ke bare mein hi soch raha hoon. mujhe achi tarah se pata hai tere bagair Juneja industries kabhi chal nahi payega.

Prem: aisa nahi hai kunal Harman ye business achi tarah se sabhalega

Kunal: prem usne tere saath itna kuch kiya phir bhi tu usko support kar raha hai…

Prem:akhir who toh mere bhai hi hai na..

Kunal:prem..

Listening to all this conversation heer's eyes are filled with tears, prem sees this. Kunal hum tere office chale.

Kunal: Teek hai.

Prem tells heer that he was going with kunal and asks her to take care. Prem comes out with kunal. Kunal was driving.

Prem:. Mujhe ek job ki jaroorat hai.

Kunal: Job?

Prem: Haan job. Mein heer ko aise dekha nahin sakta.

Kunal: Lekin tujhe job karne ki kya jaroorat hai. Hum dono mil kar naya business start karenge.

Prem: Business? Agar itne paise hote toh mein job ki baat kyun karta?

Kunal: I know na tere pass itne paise aur abhi mere pass bhi nahin hai. Mein ne bekhar mein ek faltoo project mein invest kar diya aur mujhe adjust karne mein todha waqt lagega. par hum loan bhi toh le sakte hain na. Lets'work out.

They reach the office and discuss about various sectors in which they have possibilities.

At last kunal comes up with the idea of a merchandising unit as they have a designer also with them.

They have lunch and go for the loan seeking and all. They were assured half the amount they applied for. Kunal drops prem home in the evening.

Prem quickly climbs the stairs and reaches his apartment to find it closed. He wonders where she went. Then a lady comes and hands over the keys to him. He finds a note on the table.

Note: actually khaana banane ke liye sabzi nahin hai, so I'm going to the near by store. I'll be back soon.

Seeing the note Prem goes to the bedroom...

He changes into white kurtha. Hearing the door bell ring, he quickly goes to open the door thinking it was heer. He gets a shock seeing the person outside.
