Is it possible to move to a different channel?

i remember reading articles that Ekta was planning on moving Kyunki Saas... on to another channel as soon as its contract let up because of the unfair treatment the show was geting from star plus. Do you think Ekta can do that with Kis Desh? I mean it still has plenty of storyline left with the nihaal situation, Premeer getting back together, gayathri's truth, and the meet/harman child situation. Can we petition to Balaji to move the show?

That's not possible. StarPlus are part producers of Kis Desh so they have copyright over the stuff. If Balaji moves Kis Desh to another channel, they have to change the show's name, the name of the characters, they can't use any of the old episode stuff for flashbacks or any of the songs, etc etc. They can't make reference to any of the old stuff either. Basically, they have to start over, with a new name, and new character names, new songs, just with the same actors. This is the reason, Kyunki never got moved to a new channel but got ended instead.
