Dear Mr. Shankar,

I never thought I will be contacting a TV channel for a show but had to do it now. My wife is an ardent fan of your show Kis Des Mein Hai Mera Dil & she practically thrives on the love story of Prem & Heer & live, breathe, drink, eat & dream about their characters & love & story! She solely immersed herself in the show all this while & suddenly an earthquake happened & shook the very core of my life because you all changed the timing of the show to the afternoon & now my wife is like a fish out of water without the show.

After this every moment of my life has become miserable because I am seeing my wife has forgotten to smile, is cribbing 24/7, has no will to cook, has no mind in our family matters'..in short she is unhappy & grouchy & in turn making my life unbearable as well which is making me curse you countlessly.

We go to work together to Andheri together & on our way to station I hear how she is missing her show, in the train I hear how she is missing Prem & Heer's love story, on the way back in the train I have to listen how she is desperate to know what happened that day on the show & back home cribbing away how she has missed the episode again because she won't be able to catch the repeats as it is at such odd times for us working people & she is cursing the channel for neither can she discuss it with her friends at work & in the train & at home & in return so am I cursing, seeing her like this!! By now you must have bitten your tongues innumerable times & caught your breath in a cough infinitely & now you will know the reason for that!!

She can't watch the repeats, she can't record the show in any way, neither do we have high speed internet to catch the show online, can you tell me some way to appease my wife so that she stops being grumpy & I stop cursing Star Plus?? Moreover she made some calls apparently in your SP office but the people at your end were very impolite & was not helpful at all & she was all the more furious!!

She is so disheartened that she doesn't have the wish to cook & how long can I survive on omelets alone? Asked for parathas & I got to hear Prem loves 'muli ka paratha' & all I could do was envy Prem thinking how lucky he is to get parathas & curse you all some more for my pathetic condition.

To get my life back on track can you please bring back this show in prime time so that my wife gets to watch the show to her heart's content & in return I lead a happy life all over again?? This is the least you all can do. For this time change I can't switch on my TV at 8:30pm anymore & can't switch to SP at all because she doesn't want to watch SP for what they did to her show. And it is not only her there are many people living in my building who is facing this same behavior from their wives & all are sick upto their neck with this.

Mr. Shankar you must be married yourself & you know to have a peaceful happy life at home the most important factor is to keep your wife happy, then how can you be so heartless to us poor men?? Please do something to bring back Kis Des'. to prime time so that my wife can watch it all over again & I get my happy life back again along with normal mood & food at home!! Am crying out loud to be saved from this grave situation!!

Hope you understand my dire condition & will do every thing possible in your hand about this soon to bring the show back in old time & save yourself from some severe cursing in future.

I will be eternally grateful to you then.
