"Hey, can I please change seats? Please?" she pleaded with the lady at the ticket counter.
"I am sorry Ma'am but there is no other seat available. It's either that or you can exchange your ticket with a fellow passenger." she told her.
She sulked. How could this ticket counterist not understand that her problem was MORE important than anything else. So now she would look like a fool going around and asking for a ticket exchange. WOW! Amazing. She rolls her eyes and goes around, practically asking everyone for their ticket.
"Excuse me. Are you traveling by Singapore Airlines?" she asked a lady who was walking behind her.
"Yes. Why?" the lady questions, confused.
"Actually, I just want my seat exchanged, I have the window seat... if you'd like?" she says, hopeful that this lady will help her come out of her problem.
The lady's face changed as soon as Shifali said 'Window seat'. It looked as if the lady would throw up any minute, as if she was afraid of sitting near the window seat. Shifali's face grew confused as she stared at the lady's face, trying to comprehend her expressions.
"No. No. No." She said, quickly grabbing the ticket which Shifali merely took to have a look at and runs away.
"Hey...wait...." Shifali calls out, taking her hand out to stop the lady that had ran away. Suddenly, she notices him coming behind her and quickly runs away. 'Why? Kyun ma? Why?' she wondered, cursing her fate as she ran away from him.
Shifali quickly runs in to the Ladies washroom and sees him. A nicely built guy with a cute face, nice height but all which had no sense whatsoever. Just body, no brains. After he walks away from her sight, Shifali sighs to herself, quietly walking out of the girl's washroom.
"Kaise kaise namune paal rakhe hai bhagwaan ji?" she whispers, with a pained look on her face which looked more like a face that could have made any stranger laugh. She looked up at the glass roof. The sun shone down brightly at the airport. Delhi International Airport was improving.
Shifali quickly moves towards the boarding center, but stops, seeing she had to get her seat exchanged. She turns around, looking around for anyone that was ready to exchange their seat with hers. Suddenly she found this old lady, wearing a nice saari. She smiles at her. Wah! Aunty ko toh manana hi parega she thinks, walking over to the aunty.

"Please tell them that before I go to see our Singapore office, I'd like to take a cold shower, so tell them to get my mansion ready. I want everything perfect and yes, please send all my assistants to the office, tell them to be prepared." he said to his manager, who was busy jotting everything down.
"Yes sir. And sir, this girl has been transferred from our India Marketing branch to the one in Singapore, and she is going to be representing the India workers, she has some complaints that she will be talking to us about on behalf of our India project team." the manager told him.
He just shrugged, quickly walking towards the boarding center when suddenly this girl's voice caught him. It felt as if the time had stopped in front of him. Only her voice. He turned his head to the right side and stops walks. He gives himself a light smile. The girl was begging for a ticket exchange.
"Namaste Aunty ji. Aap kaisi hai?" Shifali said to the aunty who she had stopped for the ticket.
"Namaste." the aunty replied back.
"Aunty, kya main aap ki ticket dekh sakti hoon?" Shifali said, quickly taking the ticket from the aunty's hand.
Aunty kept blabbing something in a language that Shifali couldn't understand while Shifali tried to make a point.
"Aunty, mujhe exchange karni hai, seat." Shifali says, trying to put it in the simplest form, even trying to act it out. "Mujhe, ticket, exchange" Shifali says, handing the aunty Shifali's ticket and Shifali, keeping the aunty's ticket.
Aunty gives Shifali a growl leaving Shifali scared and shocked and quickly grabs the ticket from Shifali's hand and walks off, leaving Shifali sad while Prem gave a quiet laugh from behind her.
"Fool" Prem mutters, unable to control his laughter.
Shifali hears this and gets angry. She turns around and stomps up to Prem, who had managed to hide his laughter and was looking straight head, hiding his face in a file while passing side glances at Shifali, who was full of anger.
"Fool kise kaha?" Shifali asks, her face red with anger.
"Aap ko?" Prem's manager replies on behalf of Prem.
Shifali gives him a fake laugh while the manger returned the laugh. Prem rubs his noise, trying to hide his smile. Shifali's laugh turns in to an evil grin and she gives the manager a tight slap on the face.
"Agli baar, soch samaj ke bolna" Shifali warns, huffing at the manager while Prem's smile starts to break away from his mouth.
Shifali walks away. Prem turns around to look at his manager, who had his hand glued to his cheek.
"Kya sir, aap bhi na" he says, while Prem just smiles, turning his face towards Shifali, who was wearing blue jeans and a casual pink tank top.
"Give your ticket to her." Prem states.
"What?" the manager questions.
Prem turns towards his manager. "Do as I say. Give your ticket to her." Prem says, turning his eyes to look at Shifali, giving him a light smile.
The manager grumbles as he walks towards Shifali.

"Excuse me ma'am" The manager says, scared, putting his hand on his cheek.
Shifali turns around and looks at the manager, her eyes ready to kill.
"Ab kya?" She asks while Prem just watches her from behind. Smiling.
"I saw you asking for a ticket exchange. Here." the manager says, passing Shifali the ticket.
Shifali quickly grabs the ticket. "Thanks." she says.
Prem smiles. Shifali places a glance behind the manager, but Prem moved faster, hiding himself underneath the file...again.
Shifali passes a quick hug to the manager, becoming her hyper self again.
"Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you." she chanted until she was out of breath.
The manager just gives her a weak smile while Prem's mini smile turned into a broad one. This is going to be an interesting journey Prem wonders. A very interesting journey.
