I believe that Sameer is probably live and Gayathri might contact him again to find out about Heer after she comes to know that Prem has extended his trip.
and I think Raj will see Sameer and will contact Heer. That's when they will find out G3 is behind everything and will try to tell Prem but he won't believe until he hears from Sameer.
