Nadia as far as my understanding goes from the last 3 episodes they r showing Heer's POV & it clearly reflects she has no problems with the family or anything else but with Prem's infidelity that she thinks he committed. She just can't get over that obstacle in her life & her love, trust, faith on Prem is shattered. She just doesn't want to be a part of his life anymore, she said so herself in not so many words.

So to me Nadia its clear there was no external reasons that played any hands in her decision to stay away from Prem & keep Chahat a secret from him as well. Right or wrong decision, well we all know the answer. But if u ask me that is what they implied. And I can understand her predicament about not being a part of Prem's life because no wife can accept such a situation coming from her husband but keeping Chahat away from Prem is unthinkable!

Even I want to know what has she told Chahat about her father, just hope she didn't tell her he is dead, I will be heartbroken if that is so.

From the last 2 episodes they r showing it clearly its her mental block about that Ash scene that she can't get passed.

Nadia whatever u said I too said along the same line today morning in that 'Heer is always right' thread.

In all this I will say time & again Prem is the biggest loser.

Btw what do u think she meant when she said to Harman 'I lied, u just help me conceal the truth'?? Lie about Chahat, her not informing Prem?? She even shushed Harman when he was going to say Prem is the father, so definitely something is there which they will show us later what she has told Chahat.

So far this was my understanding but no idea if they will add some more layers later on or not.
