Hi Purvi!
I agree...because Prem feels that he has no right over Heer after the way he broke her heart. Since it looks like she is getting married...he thinks that's her decision and will not confront her..or ask her to change her mind.

Leaving the payal there is Prem giving his 'blessing,' for the wedding: he wants Heer to be happy no matter what.

So we;ll get emotional Prem up till the point where he realises that Heer is NOT getting married. Then, he;ll become our angry/passionate Prem to win back Heer.
