personally i dun favor having a kid in between them...but Heer deserves to have someone , whom she can love, and whom she can love , unconditionally.....so there will b a kid.....but i guess BT want to drag their soaps....if it is a girl, they can show her trials n tribulations too.....
but Kis Desh has been a follower of KZK in many ways...so u never know

Doesn't matter either boy or girl all kids r cute that age and if it's 5 yrs leap I'm 100% sure there will be a child coz Prem got heer Pyal for pyaar symbol, but heer didn't take anything with her. anyways that's what i think.
