really? never tried it?? you should. it can vary quite a bit -- there are bad ways of doing it, and good. (essentially, it's ice-cream frozen rock-hard, dipped in batter and fried. the oil's really hot, the ice-cream's really cold, and it's fried for a really short amount of time. what's amazing is how the ice-cream's still frozen solid when it comes to your table... the good vs. bad depends upon the batter. this place that i was at last time had the most amazingly light covering... ummmmm! want some more -- right away! 😆)

actually, even that is s'thing i really can't take full credit for. most of the times, the bt,lts get done after furious discussions with my girl-gang, sometimes helped by the guys of the gang 😆, my pcp. occassionally even mom! of course, she has no clue it's about this show when i talk 'bout s'thing that's bothering me on the show. oh, and i'll be clocking multiple decades ... well, rsn. 😆
