Is someone listing to our ideas, complaints reques

I know we make posts for Ekta, BT, destructives, and SP....................but do they actually read our posts or they just don't care or they never visit this forum and we all are wasting out time making suggestions. What proof we have that our voices are heard............or that we actually have some power or ability to sway creative's or SP's mind set. I personally think EKTA does not give a you know what for KDMHMD, are the creatives just following her orders to make this show so bad that SP forces them to close shop.
