Ok guys I have to make another post regarding something that I read a few times on the foroum regarding Heer. A lot of you guys have said that Heer has changed from a very shy girl in the village who was really quite, shy and would never look people in the eye and many people can't relate to Heer these days because some people think she has lost that innocence and can't relate to her. But all I want to say this is reality and people over period of time and due to life experience change; i use to be relly quite and shy in primary and secondary school. i started to open a little bit to people at college although I was still quite reserved but when I went uni and also started working I engaged to people a lot more openely and at that point I wasn't shy at all. As for Heer yeh she was a girl from the village who was completely shy and reserved. Death of her parents, living with her aunt in fear who remember was abusive towards her, her uncle and dad's friend who at the time she thought hated her dad and if he found the truth about her identity would throw her out, the love of her life was marrying her cousion and the guy Heer was engaged she didn't really know him. It is obviuos all these things will make one reserve themselves and be shy in front of people because the Jzoo where complete strangers for her and her own aunt, uncle weren't nice to her.
Also if you recall to the time when DJ's truth came out and Premeer where engaged striaght after Heer found out about Veera and RR, Heer went to RR and stood up to him she wasn't shy or reserved then. the reason for that being is she had an immediate family (in laws) who supported her and love of her life who she was about to marry.
These days Heer is really confidence, she can't exactly be shy and reserve herself from her husbund, immediate family and I personallly think Prem's death incidence changed Heer a lot as she had to be confident because she had to take care of prem's family, fight against RR and I don't think she could have fought with RR if she was shy, reserved Heer like she was showen earlier.
