Hi!

im thinking may be prem told rajveer that heer is tensed about something or if rajveer ask him may be she will tell something to him thats y rajveer was saying that say all the truth to prem but as todayz eisode heer doesnt say anything now prem and rajveer will find out the truth of sameer
