i think you got the point here and you are right and that is happening, she cannot believe that Gayathr is faking since she is showing concern and love to both of them.

Plzzz stop playing with the emotions of Kis Desh and Prem fans... Change the title of the article ASAP. Yes we know he is the best, thats why u always use him for ur promotion, be it ur channel or now even seruials like Bidai... Stop taking panga with Kis Deshians, otherwise u know by now that we deshinas become dnagerious when our show isnt treated properly... We are xtremely sensitive and possessive about our Prem, and we cant stand his name with bidaai. Rectify ur mistake soon
