ok about the 1st segment after watching it twice I get the feeling that they r turning G3's character around just like they did for Prem about ML or FML during GS track. But still they have left it open, they will take this track accordingly as they deem fit seeing the reactions of the audiences. They have left their avenues open for now.
But as per what G3 said if she is being set on the road to redemption then she must have heard that conversation about how Veera went ot Nihaal to get her divorce & what Maya & Veera has schemed & thus we saw the speech of G3 at Nihaal's place which she told Heer about her realisation of the mistake of punishing Heer & Meher for Veera's misfortune. If this is the case then today's dialogs were apt to some extent.: AgreedWhen she said old days have gone & so should old tales & talks which can be interpreted as how she was taken for a ride by Maya & Veera duo earlier so long, is now talk of the past, it can't happen anymore. Old days had some ethics & morals which now doesn't exist anymore meaning both Maya & Veera lack these & so the treatment also differs.Next when she refers to Chanakya she means Maya here. After Maya came she brought along her own schemes & ploys to break the family & thus applied chanakya niti on G3. But now its her turn to adopt it. : AgreedShe realised if brothers r pitted against brothers, their own blood then stories change, history change thus referring to if Maya is successful with her schemes then Harman will be setup against Prem & or both the brothers thus the scenario of her family will change & she being a mom obviously wouldn't want.But she as a mom knows her five fingers r her children & when they r together though different but can make her declare to the world blowing her conch that all r equal & same in her eyes including Prem! This was told to Maya & Veera both which they didn't understand ofcourse.: AgreedShe can blow her own conch to declare & announce it to the world & these 2 vamps as she did y'day handing everthing to Heer stating she is there as a shield for her family to remain one as Lord Krishna did when he blew his Panchajanya in Kurukshetra to warn his enemies. When a normal human being plots & schemes then he becomes a Kans but when the Lord schemes & plans being the mastermind behind everything he becomes the Lord Krishna. She is now becoming the mastermind to keep her family together & only later will all of us know whether she was Krishna here or Kans. That is the gist I got from her 1st segment.: Pefected AnayVery easily all this can be turned the other way round if she is the Kans here, her dialogs were open ended & could be taken either way. Old times have changed meaning Heer can't win like in the past & G3 has to come up with some new plans of hers to topple Prem & Heer, to separate them. She has to come up with Chanakya niti to get this work done, her old plans won't work." Lana I diagree Here..... Its not heer & Prem she is talking abt. This again gets directed to Maya....And if Maya & G3 can set up Harman against Prem or all the brother against Prem then the picture will obviously change as well! A new history will be written in her family without Premeer or without Heer. She knows her five fingers r different & yet when together they form the strength & this 5 children includes Prem as well which means here she is planning the axe to fall on Heer alone if she is planning this way. She knows if Heer is blemished or broken then Prem will too, after all they r 1. She has thus blown her conch to declare war against Heer as the Lord did in the battle of Kurukshetra to declare war against the Kauravas. : Lana to what i understand here she has blown horn to Mara & Not to prem & heer...
She knows she is plotting all this but to people with her show of love in this facade she can be construed as Krishna but in reality she will be a Kans.And the 2nd segment well if she is Krishna then its plain & simple that she will look after her children all along when they will be busy looking after each other. Obviously this could be inferred that she means Premeer here because they r the one who looks out for every1 in the family & she will thus take care of them & their kids. She knows that they will face a lot of problems if people like Veera & Maya is there to stab them behind their backs every step of the way. So though getting old she has to be present to be on their lookout.And if she is plotting against Premeer then it means she will have to look out for her own kids, their well being & future which means she will make sure Premeer suffers & thus separate, she will make sure that its so.My 2 cents worth of analysis but overall outlook seems like she is on the way to redemption but since its BT I will just stay put & watch. If they don't have anything constructive in hand then the creatives will turn her into a negative character & if they already have some storyline for future track they G3 is atoned already.

1 Agreed on ur Chankaya Theory... perfect.
2 Gmum Now takes the Chankaya role ( who was a mastermind in plotting during the Marya dynasty)
3 When she reffer to her self of Being krishna or Kans : Means she has plotted against Heer here .....
she now wanst to put Heer & prem at a test as aroorsor Had mentioned in her post earlier and see where sthing go from here...... If heer is able to Withstand the Plot by gmum....... ie by holding on their fly & keeping them One then Gmum becomes Premeer saviour & Krishna to them. As she knows That Mara will try their level best to detroy them which she is on her way.....which also means to the statement to lallu who will look after themknowing that premeer will withstand & foresake all for the fly.......
But If things turn Vice versa where Heer is not able to Withstand & The success of Mara of plotting the brothers & if Prem decides to stand & say this is what i have done & it belongs to me.......then she will turn Kans and a new history will be writtien without Premeer here......
Though I agree to most of ur points abv..... I have read it real quick though.............
