i think that heer will not accept anything from prem and she will look at other side with ntelling prem to go back.
Prem gets angree ,touch heer and when he touch her may feel dat Heer is extremely ill and will take her to a doctor.
I also dont like prem and heer having a kid. We want Prem & Heer story not about thier children story , It very good if this go only thorugh Prem & Heer love story
