He thinks that he is dying because he has a hole in his heart!! This is what Gaurav's mom and the 'doctor' told him!!
He thinks he'll die in three months so he doesn't want the family to have top face him dying again so he told Heer that tell every ne i was gaurav after i left!!!
He isn't actually dying, this is what the doc told him to keep him with them!!! Hope that helps!!
