She doesn't know but I think she will find out very soon. Maybe she might tell Prem to visit another doctor or she might overhear the conversation between Jyotika and that lady.

I don't think Heer knows but she will soon find out though because that woman will talk about it to her daughter and probably heer will hear everything and then she will say Prem lets get another Dr. opinion.

that's how she is going to play that lady when she mention to get another Dr. opinion, that time that lady will open her mouth.

That would explain why she isn't freaking out about prem leaving again.

I don't know about anyone else but Heer took the news kinda sorta well..compared to when he actually died - she went crazy! so yea i think she has something up her sleeve!!
