Have suspense in the story but do not prolong it - like for 6 months. People lead hectic and stressful lives and they will lose interest in the serial after a while as they have choices (unlike some of us stupid people who are so hooked onto the serial 😕).

The suspense should not be about the plot. The viewers should have access to all sides of the plot. The drama is in seeing the characters in the serial figuring out the plot and fighting it out.

Also, concentrate on the story and not on the publicity stunts - that does not get the TRP's ; it only gets the serial in the news and just puts people off BT serials. They have been watching the BT serials for a while and they have seen it all 😆

The rest like getting couples married to other people is not happening here. 😊
