She may not know abt Prem's pain but if she can notice Veera's so called pain...why cant she notice Prem's?.. I guess her full attention is on Veera that's why she doesnt notice other things... But considering that Prem came back after a long time..she should at least give some time to him... we havent really seen much scene of them together unlike before...
