That prem will be saved by Sanjana? I mean what if she dies and they take her heart and replaces it with prems?? or what if they reports were mistaken by someone else whos name is prem... its possible and like everyone else is saying that doctor is surely upto somethingg but i am 1000000% sure prem is NOT going to die u guys becauseee if they wanted to kill prem off the show they wouldnt have brought him back im sure everything will be fine in the end since it is ektas typical storyline anyways in the end they will show how prem doesnt have a hole in his heart and that this was all a fake i mean i hate it when ekta does this its annoying she should come up with something new and better which the audience would enjoy!đ
