I think both are so emotional and so engrossed in not causing each other pain and hurt ..that they both have forgotten what they mean to each other.... But they have to realuze that their faith in each other is strong....dammit, cant their hearts feel what each other is flying...this relationship is sooo weak....this is not prem and heer because whats lacking here is honesty and understanding and trust. Three pillars or foundations of any relationships and I have to say, I am way toooooooooooooo disaappointed in creatives in ruining these very foundation or essence.

If they indeed are going to follow a disease track, i don't think prem would confess..............since the share the same room, heer would either find his meds or he will get sick and she will see that! I don't think prem would confess if he knows he has a fatal disease! His last line supports it "aik tarhan sey acha hi hey"

@misty:yaar they hav messed up the things too such an extent tht to keep the essence of the characters they hav to go for this suicide.Its do or die.I cant see any other acceptable reason for Prem to put Heer all thru this and also himself all thru this

@soaps.... heer won't rest until he confess either..... so i guess he will confess he is prem....but not tell her da reason y he did all this.... n then Heer will slowly find it out.....

And i so hope they make it realistic by showing a 50-50 chance or atleast 70-30 chance of survival....rather than typical no chance of survival crap 😡

Isn't premeer is all what the show is about? 😕 I know they could have come up with much much better track and ideas but they lack creativity so i have no choice but to buy it and hope they keep it realistic by showing the disease has 50-50 chance of survival rather than no chance at all 😡😡😡
