valuable reason of prem faking infront of heer!

ok guys ,i m totally confused 😕,i dont know why is prem torturing heer like this by pretending being gaurav infront of heer 😲,now the million dollar question is why is prem doing this 😲😲????why is he staying away of heer 😭????& why is he nervous while talking to lallu about kids😕😕 ???? guys plz give ur valuable idea ,point & solid reason why is prem doing this ????as i have opened this thread only for ur valuable predictions ,i really want to know , cant wait for another 2 weeks .

And Nadia your prediction scared me even more...but that would be fine if he actually has a ML and is not Gaurav in reality..he has to be Prem..

As for my predictions-I dont think BT is going to give us some really good reason for Prem's behaviour if he is Faking ML..they will give some stupid reason which we all,here on IF will discuss as being the most stupid reason😆..thats what I think!!

brain has white matter n grey matter..... grey matter generally plays role in function of nervous system.... so as per harshitifonder....due to damage of this grey matter.... Prem's sensory n response actions(which r controlled by nervous system) have been damaged....😆😆😆
