Ok this is my take on the last scene complicated dialogues. i think the woman to save whose son's life Prem went into the fire.....left Prem in the fire to save her own life...Prem lost his memory but not that part,,,and he thinks she was his mom who left him in the fire to die.

Because neither gyatri, nor harman, preet or veera were there in Delhi at the time of blast so how could they do such a thing?
