what I feel is he is Prem .as where yesterday episode end Heer is standing on the edge of the cliff . she will slip he will save her the way he did .He will walk towards her and she will take few steps back like premeer scene of september 25. and then a tight hug heer you really love me i was testing you.

but

if he is not Prem then he will save her and fall in love in three month time .
