hey guys its just my guess because i really want the actual prem back not an humshukal. The reason why this Gaurav may look like prem in his college days is because after the bomb blast Prem was unconsious with obviuosly a memroy loss and found by Sanjna and RR. I know what your thinking Sanjna is dead well not exactly because Prem was just told that she was dead so he can feel guilty for her death. Sanjana has been traumatised over the years for not having Prem. Now Sanjana or RR found him and RR obviously told his sis Sanjana that if she doesn't want to loose Prem again he has to be given a new identity with a new name. Once the new name and identity has been given to Prem Sanjna transformed him to the old college Prem who she thinks she fell in love with. On the other hand RR wants to marry Heer so in the future if Prem regains his memory he will have no choice but to stay with Sanjana as he would have lost Heer. Sos guys I really didn't mean to get carried away but I'm just going crazy with my predictions as I'm so mad about Prem Heer
