1st point: when he made his re-entry...heer's dupatta flew over his face before the screen showed his full face...tat has always been a premeer thing....

2nd point: when RR was dragging heer away...prem asked the old guy f ther are any hotels near by...the old man asked wher he is heading...he said "patha nahin"...he doesnt know where he is going...which indicates tat its prem that maybe has memory loss

3rd point...the most important: during RR and Heer's engagement....RR takes the bag with heer's payal (the payal tat has been with prem since premeer's first meeting) and tells sumer sigh to throw it away.....but what happened?...the payal made it s way back to prem.....

it has to be prem...all these clues one way or another lead back to something heer and prem shared....sorry if this got long....lol....
