um... gee, i was kinda thinking that since we've established that actually a phhandooh-potency is measured by the intensity of the related pheyeoooh, their eyes have to be included in the phrool set of the at?

and actually, this at is for anything from the tips of their head to their fingers? 'cause y'know? in the olden (golden!) days, prem's hair used to puff up whenever pheyeoohs and phhandoohs used to happen to... was an undeniable part of the whole phhandooh equation. so for completeness sake, we'd have to include the tops of their head too? no?
