Confused

I guess you missed a few parts....they had started having money problems even when Prem was there....

• First when Prem left the house, Lalit couldnt not manage business the way Prem had, hence a slight downfall....
• Then after Prem returns home with Heer, during their so called engagement party, which actually turned out to be Veera's marraige announcement one, Rishab Rampal madeand entry between the dances and informed Lalit that the company where Lalit had invested a huge amount of money was down the drains now and he has lost all that money...Thats when Prem assures Lalit that he will take care of things and deal with RR
• Then the time when Veera and Harman accuse Prem of trying to acquire their share of the property too as he was transfering Veera's companies to his name and didnt allow Harman get the contract, Gayathri mentions that the two companies of theirs which Lalit wanted to give Veera was in loss...
• Lastly, I dont remember exactly when this was but I thing it was either during the Sanjana track , an official comes and tells Lalit that the company is facing great financial crisis and that whatever profit Prem is bringing isnt enough and that they will have to come up with something else... thats when Gayathri overhears it and Lallu scolds Preet for being a GFN..

its because the share prices hav fallen, which is what there money was tied to - and wen the share prices fell, they lost a lot of money - this is why they are havin financal difficulties!

hope that explains wot there problems are - and why the current track is showing wot they are!
