i think kuljeet probably heard them talking cause she was soo curious to know about it.. she needs some kind of an idea about what is up with prem in order to show us the RAM GOPAL VERMA'S "AGG" in the juneja house..... or maybe between Heer and prem....

M sure heer or sumone else must have heard them talking...coz heer was worried nd shocked at the same time at prem's behavior... but since mama gayatri has a habit of listening to other's ppl convos, she might have.. or sumone as curious as mirchi chachi must have..

i probably think that heer heard and is shocked
but she does not say a single word to prem
after party she goes to room to find out more abt sanjana then prem comes there in search of heer as shown in promo
pls end this drama this week only
