This should be shown to trinny and suzanna of what not to wear...

But as as most you have said its probabaly a dress code which explains the outfit, as its similar to the one worn by Angad in the (link posted by another member in this post). He sure does look very tired, the glicerine bottles have sure taken a toll on his eyes. Looking good as usual minus the red waistcoat, and tired look.
