The Hasan's

Hadi Hasan- Hadi is an old banker. He works to provide for his daughters' future. Afreen is the apple of his eyes.

Naila Hasan- Hadi's sweet and caring wife. She used to be a teacher, but now is a housewife. Always wishes the best for her family.

Afreen Hasan- Hadi & Naila's beautiful daughter, doing an internship at a hospital.

Nasreen Hasan- The second youngest daughter, sweet yet spoiled.

Tambreen Hasan- Youngest daughter of the house, always dreaming of her Prince Charming.

The Khan's

Shahnawaz Khan- A hardworking businessman who loves his family to death.

Zareen Khan- An elegant housewife who also always wishes the best for her family.

Kabir Khan- The Khan's oldest son who is a senior doctor at the hospital Afreen works at.

Azaan Khan- Handsome Azaan is the Khan's second youngest son who is an intern at the hospital his brother works at.

Mazhar Khan- The youngest son in the family, who'd do anything for his siblings.

Naz Khan- Spoilt daughter who, like Tambreen, only dreams of a handsome (and rich) prince.

The Gupta's

Shashank & Padma Gupta- Head of the hospital Afreen, Azaan and Kabir work at. Sweet parentst strict doctors.

Ridhimma Gupta- Shashank's eldest daughter. Childish and very caring, Ridhimma admires her parents and wishes to be a good doctor like them. She is also starting her internship at her father's hospital.

Anjali Gupta- Shashank's youngest daughter who's jealous of Ridhimma. Wishes to be better than her sister- starting her internship as well.

The Malik's

Sahil Malik- Businessman who never gave his family the attention they seeked.

Naina Malik- Sahil's wife who cares for her son, yet sometimes it seems as if she'd much rather prefer a luxury life than a life with her son. Never was able to given Armaan maternal affection that he seeked.

Armaan Malik- Another new intern who wishes for the attention his parents never gave him.

Five individuals are taking another step towards their dream medical career- starting their internships at Sanjeevani Hospital. What awaits them- patients, sickness, friendship, relationships, love, life.
