no i don think she is upto somehting.. coz miss afreen only knows how to sacrifice herself... 😡 n she is happy being tht way.....n if afreen is actuallly doing soemthing.... then i can only say tht m glad.... 😕

she somehow knows the real identity or something and trying to create distances between saniya nd azaan as her first step was to let saniyas name slip.
