any one can have those names there is nothing like a punjabi name
person whose name is either sandeep or sumit can be from any state
but when u see their surname then u can say they are punjabi's because sachdev is a punjabi surname
Shilpa 's name before marrige was Shilpa Saklani and she is from uttranchal
