Raima Sen to star opposite Tusshar in Ekta Kapoor's upcoming film

Ekta Kapoor has chosen Raima Sen to star opposite her brother in her upcoming venture, C Company (working title).

The film, to be directed by Sachin Yardi (Kya Kool Hai Hum, Traffic Signal), also stars Sunil Shetty, Anupam Kher and Rajpal Yadav.

Confirming the development, Yardi says, "We wanted a girl with an innocent face. Raima was a perfect fit, so we chose her."

Yardi adds that he's very kicked about the film. "This is my first film as director. Once the script was ready, I narrated it to Tusshar. Soon, things fell in place," he says.

The film goes on the floors on September 15. "We are shooting most of it in Mumbai. I plan to wind it up by December end," the director informs.

Not spoofy

Raima offers, "I am keen to start working on this project. The film is a comedy and I haven't done much comedy till date. So, this role is going to be very challenging."

Yardi is also busy with Kya Kool Hai Hum 2, which will see Riteish and Tusshar together again. "I am only writing it. Sangeeth Sivan will direct it. Tusshar and Ritesh's dates have yet to be confirmed though," Yardi signs off.

C Company is rumoured to be a take-off on Ram Gopal Varma's film D. Ekta, however, rubbishes those rumours, saying, "The film has nothing to do with Ramu. I love his cinema. C Company is not a spoof on Ramu's cinema."

whatever its gonna b another flop!! whatever movie tushar kapoor does omg its a total jurk.. kkhm runned just n just only ritesh!! I donno why ekta is wasting her money on her useless bro!! anyway they might have huge wealth to waste 😆 😆

😆😆 Isha Kopikkar was the best in that film!!😆😆😆 as well as Shoma Anand!!😆😆

i think her bro is rly talented, but very inlucky as well...he is a better actor than many of the hyped actors (SRK in particular), but his popularity is not that high...even I am not a fan, but to say he is useless is a little overboard I think.
