The episode starts with Sanjay and ashish standing in the police station. They go and meat yogesh in the jail and also give his bail.. They ask yogesh about the scam and he says that the day the fake passports were made he had not gone to the office and was at home the whole day. Ashish asks him whether he has any proof or witness to prove that he was home the whole day?But Yogesh doesn't have any witness..Yogesh says its now impossible for him to become free Sanjay and Aashish leave. Ashish asks how we will prove him innocent now. Sanjay calls shruti then sisconnescts the call. Shruti wakes up and wonders why he muct have called. They both think about each other
sanjay reaches home and finds riddhi crying and asks him what happened but Sanjay tells her that they need a witness and then they all think about this for a solution..
Next day morning at shruti's house all r having breakfast and she reads the newspaper and gets to know about yogesh in jail and then calls Sanjay and he tells her everything. She then calls ashish and tells him that she will be the witness and then she is shown going to the police station with ashish
