And for that brief moment, Sanjay-Shruti put aside their fight to encourage Ami.
But as soon as everyone else left and they got a moment alone...back to square one...Poor Sanjay...again he sorta tried for a truce by talking about getting a professional tutor for Ami...but Shruti took it in a whole another direction and again started shouting at him for not letting her take care of things her way...the word that sprang to my mind here was DEFENSIVENESS...Shruti was majorly defensive in this scene for no reason...Sanjay just made a simple suggestion but she EXPLODED on himš...and poor guy was just flabbergasted again so left in frustration calling her Impossibleš
The interview with Bhavna...one line gave him pause..."When you want something, you have to work hard to get it"...
And Shruti's talk with Harsh's picture...where she talks about Sanjay's place in her life...in that she knows he's the best friend anyone can ask for...and no matter how upset or hurt, he'll never abandon her either...but she feels it's unfair to both him and her for him to be THIS much of a support to her in life...interesting line in b/w where she tells Harsh that she cannot come to depend on Sanjay the same way she depended on Harsh for everything...good insight into her thought process.
Khusbhoo's attempts to get Sanjay-Shruti to patch up...lol but Sanjay's clearly still quite upset...Shruti will have to be the one to make an overture...but her own self-respect/ego is in the way...she refuses to see it in any other way despite her mother's sound advice...only when backed into a corner will she make a decision.
